Mayfield Dairy Queen

Went through the drive thru and typical fast food service, employee had no clue what was available. Then asked repeatly if the ice cream was in the bag and was reassured it was in there. Get home and of course no ice cream and the kids meal was wrong.

My last experience was not good. The customer service was horrible. I'm going to leave it at that. There was an older lady working in the kitchen who I assume was a lead or manager of some sort because the guys looked to her for instruction on weather or not to serve my daughter and I. Service definitely starts from the top and trickles down because even the guy who was asking if it was ok to serve us was rude.

When I go to DairyQueen, never fails to amaze me with their food choices and the customer service I receive all the time! Always makes me feel welcome and when I have questions, the cashiers always have knowledge on what to answer or help me decide what my next bite is! Thank you 😊

They make your blizzard exactly how you ask and they are perfect each time, sorry to say but other Dairy Queens can't match the Blizzards or the customer service and here they always acknowledge our furbaby for a pup cup.

Its fast if you go inside or drive thru. Descent service. Clean inside as well.

I went in for National Ice Cream cake to get cakes for work. Both attendants were extremely helpful and kind! One even helped me put all the cakes in my car!

Service is always great, kind, friendly staff. Always offers suggestions. The food you can never go wrong with. It's a place that if you don't know what you want or sure of you can always find something there quick, fast and easy.

Cashier took our credit card and went inside for some other reason. I do not like people take my card outside of my vision!

Walked into a very nice atmosphere. The place was exceptionally clean.
