Absolutely love this Dairy Queen. I was so excited when this came to the neighborhood, because I'm a firm believer that Dairy Queen is home to the best soft-serve ice cream!
Reasons I love Dairy Queen in general - military discount. My dad is a 23-year Army veteran, and I support any business that respects veterans and military staff in this way.
Reasons I love THIS Dairy Queen in particular. The staff is the best. Just recently, I took my 4 and 6-year old sons to eat dipped cones to celebrate some big milestones. My 6-year old dropped his dipped cone after just two bites. I went to the counter to purchase another one, and one of the staff declined, offering to replace it for free. THANK YOU!!

I stopped by on my way to work nearby to get a small chocolate soft serve cone. I have never had this experience before, but the milk was bad apparently and it tasted rancid-sour. I had to dump it. Because of limited time, I couldnt report it to the store. Maybe it would be good for staff to check that now and then? :(

The Eats: Disgusting. Gross. That sums up that experience. The worst Dairy Queen I've ever stopped at. I ordered the Bacon Cheese Hungr-Buster and I got a hockey puck with NO bacon that was microwaved for at least 5 minutes. The burger was so hot and steamy it took forever to cool off. You couldn't even hold it in the wrapper without burning your fingers-literally. I've never experienced such a thing. I cannot even describe how terrible this burger was and it was ridiculously salty. After a couple bites when it FINALLY cooled off, I gave it to my dog. Not only did it taste terrible, it looked terrible. It was pitiful. I wouldn't even call that a burger. Pictures are included to show quality. Just take a look at that thing.

Service: The employees were OK, but to produce and serve an item like this is not acceptable.

The Treats: I ordered at NY strawberry cheesecake blizzard...they forgot the strawberry.

Drive-Thru: We received our order without a long wait and customer service was just OK.

Due to terrible food, treats prepared incorrectly, and unacceptable service, I cannot recommend at all. It's a hard pass. It's not worth the waste of money.

Literally the most amazing Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to and I stand on business here staff over accommodating food, good blizzard mind blowing ambience can’t beat it also super clean no bad attitudes in this DQ will be coming back 💕 heart heart heart

Thanks for ignoring me for 10 minutes while I sat at the counter.

My order was ready the whole time... I get they were busy but holy crap that was frustrating.

Editing this just to add I ordered my pickup through the doordash app. I can only imagine maybe they thought I was a doordash driver and not the end customer?

I don't know why they would treat me differently because of that...who knows.

I love this location. Stuff is always pleasant and I never feel rushed or speeded. The food is always fresh and hot. Sometimes I might have to wait a few minutes for my fresh chicken, but that is never a problem because I know it's coming out hot and fresh

Pricing was a lot higher than other dairy queens for some reason Idk??? I was also charged for things that I ordered but didn't get😡. Ik people make mistakes but I'm sick of people making mistakes with my money. As Long as it took to get my order and as much as it cost I should've had No issues. I won't be going back EVER!

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the buffalo chicken and fries. (I hadn't eaten at a DQ in over 20 years!). The service was awesome, and the restaurant clean. Overall I would highly recommend this DQ location.

It's funny.I came to this Dairy Queen cause last time.The manager was so personable and nice and courteous. And let me use the coupons.I got in the mail that said Derek Queen on it.She let me use like four coupons at one time. I'm a manager of a store in the shopping center as a Store Manager myself . I walked from one end of the shopping center to the other emd in the rain where the dairy queens at to buy food for my worken employees. I get to the register and the lady at the register.Has no idea how to use the coupon. She goes and asked someone in t in the back and the person tells her yes that I could use them. Another lady hispanic lady walks out of the bathroom. The young lady at the register asked how you put the coupons in. The older hispanic lady grabs the coupons and ask the cook if they still take them and tells me that she doesn't know if we take them anymore because they have a new system. Then that lady calls some guy on the phone named carlos and ask him if we take them. After she got off the phone she acted like she still didn't wanna take them.So I just grabbed the coupons and walked out. So the issue here is the customer service is horrible. It is very embarrassing when you're waiting in line with a bunch of people behind you. Plus I was on my lunch break?So I was kind of in a hurry.I didn't have a time for the huge fiasco of if you're gonna to take my coupons or not that had DQ on it. I am a store manager myself and even though I know there's other franchises.If someone comes in my store with my company's name on it and it's a discount coupon.I know questions ask honor it. Just like any retail or franchise fast food place should do. I am very disappointed by the service.The way this was handled and the embarrassment.I probably will never be back. I figured this place wanted my business since they looked pretty slow.
