Bebo's Lounge & Night Club

Really sad because I wanted to support this spot so badly since there aren’t a lot of black spaces in Austin. But my first experience here will be my last. First off, we found this place on Eventbrite. I’ll attach the flyer. Whoever is in charge of handling their online flyers really f’d us over. It clearly says Saturday, may 3. Also says no cover charge if you RSVP. We get there and are told to pay 20 DOLLARS EACH. No apologies, no accommodation for the false advertisement on the flyer. Very much just, “oh we don’t know anything about that. We don’t know what to tell you.” Ok. Cool. Then on top of that, we sit down and there’s gar tobacco all over the table and weed shake. Bus boys aren’t doing anything quite literally. Ordered wings and asked for ketchup. Bus boy quite literally rolled is eyes, came back with packs of ketchup and slammed them on the table. No joke.

So long story short. Disorganized, unprofessional, false-advertising, dirty, bad service.

The best thing about the whole night was that we got to see some new female rap artist. They really outshined the dudes so it was cool to see them perform and shine. Other than that, I wouldn’t come back here. I wouldn’t recommend that anyone come here (and if you do, call first to make sure you don’t get scammed like we did)

Glad to find out about this spot. Great spot to have some drinks and hear some R&B/ club music. Service was great. Defintely recommend for those that enjoy a grown up vibe.

I came here on a Saturday. The bartender MJ was dope. I recommend going there you’ll love it!!!

The waitresses and bartenders were great. The DJ on a Saturday night was HORRIBLE didn’t know how to blend, genre changed every song, if people start dancing finally he’d change it. The DJ ruined the entire experience and lied on his resume and he kept making an annoying grrrrrr sound in the mic every three seconds. Drinks advertised as $5 but WERE NOT

Really nice spot for the grown and sexy!! Met the owner! Dope guy! My go to spot when I’m in Austin. 10/10 ⭐️

There are so many hidden charges!! When the waitress brought me the toast terminal, it just showed two line items sub total and a line item for services and fees, she said that the services and fees line item is 10% tip. Anyways, after I paid, I emailed myself a copy of the receipt and it has 5% service on top of the 10% tip. Also, we ordered pineapple head, and the hookah didn’t smoke at all… it was like sucking air. They put the tobacco in the regular hookah bowl instead of the pineapple, so it was regular hookah with a decorative pineapple head that costed extra $10. The coals were never changed. We ordered baklava and it was stale. Very disappointed!

This place was a whole vibe last night(Monday open mic night)is great for artist.The bartender is awesome as well.And let’s not forget the DJ.He ???I won’t be missing to many Mondays and I’m bringing my people with me every time..Shout out to Mi$ta the stranger for turning me on to this place?.I love it.

I’ve frequented a few hookah lounges but none compare to Bebo’s!!! The name itself sounds like somewhere anyone should want to be. The ambience is amazing. The food top tier and the service is the best. Ask for Melanie or Lyah. DJ King Dynasty hosts open mic nights on Mondays and it’s always a vibe. If you’re looking for a hookah lounge that embraces all walks of life then Bebo’s is the place to be. I’m there every Monday night!!!

I am not the one to leave reviews but I had too for this place!! From the hookahs, food, ambiance and the service from the staff! I would give this place 10 stars if it were possible!!! Melanie and Bebo are great host! This is def starting to become my go too place!! Oh and can’t forget about the HH everyday!! ?? def a place to check out if you’re in the area!!! ???

Customer Service was awesome. Was greeted by the owner Bebo and waitress Melanie who proceed with menu and hookahs to order. Food was fresh wings and fries along with Kufta sandwich. Great atmosphere made me feel welcomed in Austin. Also i was told each day its something happening at Bebos which was so great of Melanie to let us know. I will be returning next time i visit Austin
