I came a year ago and it was 5 stars, today was a horrible experience. The poor waiter was doing his best but he was the only one at the place, food was low quality, dirty restrooms and super slow service. The manager was there and didn’t even offer a cup of tea or a cookie as a we are sorry for this service. We had friends from San Antonio and Louisiana and thought that we will be showing off a great Moroccan restaurant! I’m very disappointed.
The food was great but Turkish coffee was outstanding. The best I've ever had in the US or Europe.
The atmosphere is beautiful yet cozy. The service is 100% perfect, and the food is authentic and delicious. People obviously enjoyed it but not too crowded and very spacious. You don’t feel like you’re dodging a million people and that contributes to the comfortable vibe, definitely something that’s been lacking in Austin. Reasonable prices too! Love it and intend to be a repeat customer.
Food was fine. Not sure what the deal is with the servers, though. There was one other table when we ordered and the server came back twice to ask what we originally ordered. Then still brought me the wrong thing. Also, maybe think about asking about separate checks while taking the order. Just a thought. Certainly not in any hurry to go back.
Food and service were great! Only downside is the portions were a little small. Would be nice if they had some sort of buffet.
Good vegetarian and vegan dishes. We ordered vegetable meza and couscous. Delicious food and good services.
Really nice food. Liked their kabab and tajin
Good and Plenty food for the price. Will go back two thumbs up.
Delicious food and great service. We are out of town and stop by for dinner on Christmas Eve, the food was very good. We ordered Shawarma trio, Greek salad, gyro plate, couscous, Turkish adana, and hummus trio. Very tasty and fresh dishes. We were grateful they were open and serving awesome food. Try the Moroccan mint tea with cookies ?
Awful restaurant, careless waiters, strange billing, mediocare and spicy food.

last night was the first time in this fine restaurant. But It is obviously not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the good service, with the excellent food and fine drinks and with the comfortable cost. We will no doubt go back there again.
Great location near the Texas Capitol. The restaurant is beautiful with great ambience. Appetizer sample has great selection. We ordered shawarma trio, couscous and mixed grill. Very tasty and fresh. Turkish coffee and baklava are must to end your meal.
First time here. Location is near the Texas State Capitol building.Service was very polite and informative.I had the couscous with lamb. The meat was tasty with a hint of spice. Not over powering. Good.
We celebrated my friend’s birthday at Darna. The food was great, everybody in my party was happy with their selection. We ordered hummus trio, appetizer sampler, falafel , tagines, couscous and kebabs. The service was good. They gave us the red fez hats with cheesecake for the birthday boy and put happy birthday songs. It was great experience we were not expecting it. Will go back again and recommend visiting Darna.
Samenta is what really made the place stand out to me. Such a positive and pleasureful personality. If you are ever in the neighborhood, stop by for some great food and ASK FOR HER! my family will most definitely be coming back.
