The employees are friendly and courteous. All I have to do is call and place my order and they will call me back to let me know when it's ready and when I can pick it up. The guys aren't always in the office so it's always best to call ahead. I purchase the Taste of TX and Columbian. Coffee is great tasting and smooth. I recommend buying from this vendor.
