Having never had it I excitedly yet naively went in search of birria tacos for Cinco de Mayo and was sorely disappointed to learn that it takes special preparation and thus is only a weekend item much like menudo and other special dishes. Undaunted I got Mexican street tacos al pastor and split a gringa al pastor with my buddy who also got a chicken fajita burrito. He said it was honestly the best burrito he'd had in his life. I loved it too. Green and red salsa were on point and they have great homemade escabeche akin to giardiniera. Next to this place after getting our food to go is a stall with huge mangos and avocados halfway between baseball and softball sized for 3$. Ripest biggest avocado I've bought ever. #mmiwg2s

Delicias Luvianos is a well kept food trailer with a covered eating area. The Pollo En Mole Verde was excellent. Next time I’ll try the mole rojo. The plate was $14 and the serving size was generous and included lots of mole, Mexican style rice, a chicken leg and thigh as well as a choice of tortillas or tamales. The tamales are a thin unfilled masa wrapped in banana leaves, and the flour tortillas are very good. The mole is a Saturday special.
The goat tacos are very tasty??, the first time to try them and I was very satisfied
