Experienced the best ever service !! Made my day….arrived 6am and certain circumstances prompted me to hang around to 8:45a. Placed order, ate, and after couple of rounds of coffee had never been so glad to have had breakfast here being served by the most gracious and hospitable Norberto Gonzalez and not just me! I was seated in a booth close to register and witnessed every single/party walking in and being served with such sincere hospitality as Norberto displayed. Lived long enough to still be able to see genuine and excellent customer service- even if it’s something you don’t see in the food industry too often these days - pay Denny’s on Ben White in Austin a visit and see for yourself if you’re lucky to be served by Norberto “G.O.A.T.” !!

I placed an order for my lunch and requested to be delivered. It had been almost an hour since it said it was ready, I noticed on the tracker that the order wasn’t picked up, I decided to go get it myself. The restaurant was not busy it was 2 pm, two employees saw me standing there did not bother to say anything. Was standing there for 8-10 minutes before an employee comes out to greet me and I asked for my order, she looked surprised and said no order was placed online, she goes to the kitchen comes back and says my order has been picked up. Go back to my job and waited another 35 minutes and my order never showed up. Wasted my lunch break and was even late because I had to go get me something else.

Very bad service, the waitress was a disaster, she forgot everything, she did not serve us well, she sent us the wrong food and drinks several times and she left us waiting a long time for the forks and spoons then she went and left us a lot. She was really nice but I think they need more people to serve.

Service was slow today. Waited about 40 minutes after ordering and was told food might be another 20 minutes. Decided to pay for the watered down orange juice and cancel the rest of my order. Haven’t been to a Denny’s in a while and looks like it will be while before I give it another shot.

The most uncomfortable experience, I was eating with my friend at a table and what looks like the manager begins to yell and just disrespect his employees. I have worked in the service industry for several years and that is just unacceptable behavior for any supervisor/manager.

Bus boy spilled plate of pancakes then picked up pancakes with barehands and served them to customer. 3 waitresses worked while 2 bus boys played games on their phones. This is the worst Denny's I have ever been to and will never be back!
