Came in about 115ish in the afternoon was settled immediately restaurant was clean service on point prices okay and the bourbon chicken sizzling skillet a high recommendation
Went to Denny's and ordered an 8 dollar slam it has two eggs hash browns and bacon or sausage and two pancakes. Was very good and cooked to your preference. And the Waiter was very friendly humourous and efficient. This was the one by Parmer Lane by the Lowe's store.

The morning manager at 13216 Ih 35 Austin tx , has very poor customer service skills and was very rude, uncaring and very unprofessional. They messed up on my order and the manager was not very helpful at all with rectifying the issue. I got an I don't care attitude from him. I am a manager at my job, and I if I treated someone like he did me, I could not get away with that. He needs to learn how to deal with the public and be professional and help customers when they have an issue. I had issues with him from the very beginning when I had problems placing my order online and had to call the store directly. His attitude problem started there. The general manager needs to speak with him regarding his customer service skills, because he is lacking in that area of management. Sad....
