Ordered the diavola size grande. Served hot, fresh, and quick. Super thin crisp lightly charred bottom with an airy chewy crust. The oils from the toppings pooled in the center of the pizza resulting in a soggy middle which prompted the fold technique for consumption. Had to use the napkin blot method to reduce the grease on the pizza but that didn’t subtract from the amazing flavors. Salty, savory cheese blend. Peppery soppressata with sweet juicy pops from Calabrian peppers....
We did the make you own pizzas a couple, and by far... awesome experience. I learned alot! Didnt make dough, or the sauce, but learned what it takes to make a well balanced, healthy "napoletana" pizza, frankly didnt know that was a pizza style before this. Fantastic experience!
