I placed an order on Grub hub. The restaurant took my money but it doesn't exist. At pickup time I arrived at the building and it's a gas station. Desi Roots used to be there. Their phone number doesnt accept calls. Have to get a refund.

Very delicious, I tried the following dishes and enjoyed them all: Fried onion in chickpea batter, fresh and crunchy with spicy tamarind and Cilantro dipping sauces. Chicken Tikka masala- chicken was cooked just right and curry is rich and flavorful. Daal - also delicious thick and flavorful a little spicy. The rice was especially fragrant and cooked just right. Mango lassi- perfect balance of yogurt and mango puree, not too sweet.
Everything tasted like real Indian food with no shortcuts. I will definitely come here again.
There are clean picnic tables to eat at outside, if you don’t mind being close to a highway.

Tried this place for the first time based on positive reviews, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I ordered the Veg Hakka Noodles and was impressed with the balanced flavor of spices, the freshness of the vegetables, and the generous portion size. The minimal use of oil made the dish satisfying. Overall, a great experience—I look forward to trying more items from the menu!
Update 2:
Tried chilli chicken and hakka noodles to be extremely disappointed with food. The chilli chicken seemed stale as it was rubbery to chew and uncooked. The noodles too had black residue from wok .

It is food truck with nice sitting area arranged outside in open space with umbrella . Very authentic food ( not easy to find with traditional US based Indian resturant). It brings some traditional dishes from Maharashtra ( state in India that I am very familiar). I will recommend to try chicken dishes.
The food was delicious and ready for pick up on time. Thanks to Ashish for working early on a Saturday morning to prepare these items. Our guests appreciated the chicken tikka masala, chicken 65, saag paneer and naan. I will order again from Desi Roots.

The BBQ chicken had a beautiful char and was cooked to juicy perfection. The skin was crispy and caramelized with a smoky-sweet barbecue glaze that hit all the right notes—slightly tangy, a bit of heat, and just enough sweetness. The meat was tender and flavorful all the way through, showing it had been marinated well. A touch more smokiness or spice could have elevated it to the next level, but it was still a delicious and satisfying dish. The grilled corn on the side was a great bonus.
