The brisket, mustard sauce and spicy Cole slaw were fantastic. The meat was perfect -- juicy and delicious. Combine that with the beautiful grounds and taproom at Meanwhile Brewing, plus some seriously good beer, and you have a winner. I'll be back!

Got a brisket sandwich. Brisket was tender and well cooked with great bark and smoked flavor. This said it was too salty; saltier Brisket I've ever had; barely eatable.

My kiddo didn’t know he wanted this brisket. He was sure that he wanted a pork roast or a cheeseburger. These were not available nearby. I went ahead with my order because everything I was smelling was absolutely correct. He loved it. I even got him to balance bites with fatty bits to get the whole flavor. Y’all do good work. Oh! The slaw is super fine.

Had the brisket with black eyed peas and burnt ends. I wasn't ready for the touch of heat, but it was perfect. Wife had the pulled pork sandwich, it was perfectly balanced with lean meat and finely shredded coleslaw. 100% will recommend. Heat probably not recommended for kids. But the cashier was considerate of it and asked. Pleasant location.
Delicious food and wonderful person serving from the truck. Gugulethu hooked it UP and it was the best meal I’ve had in a long time. Nice area too.

Not only is the BBQ delicious, but the grits are the best we've had. And the black eyed peas were flat out superb.

Brisket was extremely moist and had so much flavor. I usually just get the 1/2 lb meat option as it comes with some in house pickled vegetables. Great lunch whether you are having a beer or not. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. Love the specials too.
