The brisket, mustard sauce and spicy Cole slaw were fantastic. The meat was perfect -- juicy and delicious. Combine that with the beautiful grounds and taproom at Meanwhile Brewing, plus some seriously good beer, and you have a winner. I'll be back!
My kiddo didn’t know he wanted this brisket. He was sure that he wanted a pork roast or a cheeseburger. These were not available nearby. I went ahead with my order because everything I was smelling was absolutely correct.
He loved it. I even got him to balance bites with fatty bits to get the whole flavor.

Had the brisket with black eyed peas and burnt ends. I wasn't ready for the touch of heat, but it was perfect. Wife had the pulled pork sandwich, it was perfectly balanced with lean meat and finely shredded coleslaw. 100% will recommend. Heat probably not recommended for kids. But the cashier was considerate of it and asked. Pleasant location.
