Been here a couple times so far, and will be back! Had a bit of a hiccup the last time, but the staff made it right, immediately.Our party of 3 arrived without reservations on Saturday evening. We were told to grab any table outside, which already had menus on it. I guess due to a communication snafu, 20+ minutes later, not a single staff member came out to get our order, or anything, all the while another larger tabke was next to us being taken care of constantly.After getting up and reminding the staff we were there, our service was immediate, and 5 stars worthy. They made up for is by taking care of our appetizers, which were obviously delicious, and appreciated. Dinner and service was outstanding. Thank you.

There was 4 in our party. It was a busy night for a Thursday. The food took a lot longer than expected. The waiter kept avoiding our table. That’s when we realized something happened with our food. We assumed that one of the dishes was overcooked so they had to recook it. It became apparent when the Cod I ordered was cold. They did come out and apologized for the long wait time though.

A friend and I went here for drinks and appetizers and it was a great experience. Kaleb, the bartender, was so helpful describing the cocktails they made and making great suggestions to suit our tastes and preferences. The food was amazing and the ambience is so cool.It is nice to have such a cool spot to go to without having to head downtown.

District was able to accommodate our large family party last minute and provided wonderful customer service and food. I was very thankful for how easy going the host and server were about us adding more people and moving tables as our party grew. Food came out very quickly and was wonderful. Thank you guys!

Really disappointing service. Came in for happy hour and sat in the lounge area. One bartender had about 10 bar seats plus 5 small tables. He was clearly doing his best and was very friendly, but struggled to keep up throughout the meal, especially when the whole bar and every table filled shortly after we arrived. Normally I wouldn’t complain about slow service, but I want to note that a woman manager was on the floor for the entirety of my time in the dining room, behind the bar for a significant amount of time, but at no point did I see her actively assisting the staff or touching tables. I watched her do menial tasks behind the bar and chat with servers (who also did nothing to help our poor bartender) while my girlfriend and I waited 40 minutes before flagging someone down to find out our entrees were never rang in. At this point the manager came over and apologized. I cancelled the order, she took care of our drinks and gave us $10 vouchers for “next time”, and we left. I’m glad we didn’t have to pay for the drinks, but the bottom line is if any of the 8 front of house employees had checked on us at any point, the whole situation would have been avoided. 2 stars because the drinks were good and the falafel was good even though it took 20 minutes to come out lol.

My girlfriend and I ate dinner at the the bar and it was tremendous. Alán gave us over the top service paired with great drinks and great recommendations. I had the trout and my SO had the wagyu steak as well as a crème brulle brownie and I would do it all again. Highly recommended!!

We selected items recommended by our server, Spencer. We had the pork chop, which was one of the most tender that I have ever had, and the Fesengoon, a unique preparation of chicken, which was very good.
Everything was great except I didn't like the duck fat gravy very much. It was alright, just weird. Nothing against the restaurant or anything.

Really disappointed with the service and the portion of bread served with the shakshuka.The shakshuka came with 1/4th of a thick piece of pita bread. Like an absolutely laughably tiny portion. We asked for more bread. We were charged $1 extra for this, it showed up AFTER my husband had already finished his food. The server also did not inform us there was an up charge.I ordered the eggs Benedict. I asked if I could substitute the English muffin for a biscuit. The waiter asked and said yes. He did not inform me of the $2 up charge this would add to the bill. I have worked as a waitress and you never just assume a customer is OK with an upcharge? I always asked...We were not given cutlery by the time our food arrived. Took even more time to get a spoon without which my husband could not start eating his food.We ordered food first and mentioned we wanted to order drinks. Waiter never came back to get our drinks order. Finally went in and gave the hostess our order.Was handed the check in the middle of my meal. I'm not sure why the waiter wanted to know if I wanted dessert when I wasn't even done with my food. There were 5 empty tables next to us, so it wasn't a rush or anything. Just extremely confusing. I guess the waiter just decided he didn't like us or something?We didn't say anything in the moment given that any ONE of these things happening could just be an oversight/bad day — but all of this put together is pretty egregious.Edit: Amir reached out to me and assured me that they are working on the issues I brought up. They have excellent food and have had good service in the past so I'm updating my review to 5 stars. Will update again once I make another visit to the restaurant.

We have dined here for brunch several times and popped in for HH from time to time. The food is great, the decor is beautiful, and the staff is somewhat attentive.However, there is a serious gnat issue at this location. I thought it was just a one-off situation on our first visit but after several visits, it is clear its an issue. Another reviewer mentioned the gnats to the staff and was told they were working on it. I can appreciate that situations like these can take time but over the span of several months, it is concerning that the problem still exists. It’s a shame because it’s a lovely restaurant but gnats in your face, near your food and drink really does ruin the experience.

I had a gift card and when I phoned the restaurant to find out about using the gift card, the person who answered really did not know how to access the information on the gift card but later called me back so we figured it out.When I went in initially, it was freezing in the seat near the entrance, so I switched and moved to the back Which was better. My server was fantastic, Isaiah. I ordered a burger and was surprised to find that the burger was way smaller than the bun and unfortunately they didn’t have Swiss cheese. This cheddar was good though. I got the truffle fries which were not excellent, a little bit wilty.
