Dog Haus Biergarten

The staff is amazing very fun and attentive my only thing is I have been coming here for a while and all of a sudden they were told to put checks in front of everyone even when they are still enjoying their time. I was there for the first wave of this and not just I but a few other thought we were being told to leave. The staff had to then explain they don’t want us to leave it’s just policy, but I will say it make you want to wrap up and leave rather than stay and enjoy your experience.

Great breakfast burritos.

Disappointment. Have *attempted* to order from here twice on Uber with both orders being cancelled. I only attempted to order a second time because I received a credit due to their cancellation the week before. Was extremely shocked when I received the same “cancellation” today a whole week later. The message stated to call the store if you needed help so I did. The worker on the other end after explaining the situation said “if you come in I can help you place an order” Usually when someone is attempting to order a delivery order they are unable to come in.

If uber deliveries aren’t something yall are trying to do then maybe just delete your location off the app so that I’m able to access the Whitestone location, where I’ve never had an issue getting delivery from.

Nice atmosphere. Beers are great and plentiful.

I’ve been excited to try this place, after seeing it come up on Uber Eats a few times. The atmosphere was chill with the open indoor/outdoor dining areas. TVs going gave the sports bar vibe.

One lady behind the bar said hello, but she seemed frazzled and tired. We stood there a second and asked where we should sit and she said anywhere.

She quickly brought us two ice waters, and I thought this is going to be good service.

She gave us some paper menus since we weren’t too Jenn on scanning the digital menu. I was shoved at the pricing. Nearly $15 for one single burger and it doesn’t come with sides. We skipped getting any extra drinks due to the price. We wanted something cheap and mistakingly thought burgers and hot dogs would be a good choice. The sides were another $5 each so we opted to share one.

We saw the corn dog sliders with root beer batter and were eager to try them. The sausage was tasty, but the batter was nothing special.

I got western style bbq cheddar burger, and my husband got the Holy Aioli burger.

The menu advertises Hawaiian buns, so I assumed it was going to be a full bun that covered the burgers. Instead the buns are simply 4 actual Hawaiian rolls stuck together. Not cooked, buttered, or prepared. What is this place thinking? It felt like I went to a college kid’s dorm for a burger. I hated that part of my burger. No care whatsoever in the bun.

Worst of all was my husband’s Holy Aioli burger. It tasted like half a container of salt was made into the meat. As an avid salt lover, I tasted my husbands burger and was going to trade him my bbq burger, but his was truly terrible. There’s no way this is the actual recipe. The salt overwhelmed the “quality” meat they boast about, as well as the cheese and mushrooms.

We ran out of water twice, despite being the only patrons there for the majority of the meal.

My husband only ate a tiny corn dog slider and onion rings.

The lady who had been helping else noticed the burger wasn’t eaten and said I hope it was everything we dreamed it to be. Based on that statement and lack of attention to the issue, we felt complaining wouldn’t have mattered, nor do we want to be those people.

We paid for our very overpriced burgers and vowed never to wonder about this place again.

I hope you have a better experience than we did, but please expect to overpay for overpriced burgers and dogs

Amazing customer service and food! I pass this place every day to and from work and really wanted to try it.
The Nashville hot tater tots were soo good. They packed a little punch, which was great because most things nowadays that say they are spicy are not. They also retained crispiness.
The chi-dog was also soo good! I’ve never had a Chicago dog, but I would definitely have this again! The neon relish looked intimidating, but it was one of the best parts. Super embarrassing, but I dropped my first hotdog because the sleeve packaging I wasn’t expecting so the hot dog just slipped out and hit the floor lol. When I asked the restaurant if they would replace it, they said yes and were super nice about it. That made a huge difference and after a long day, I really appreciated their understanding. The two girls I spoke to when I picked it up were soo nice. The name Alyssa was on the receipt. Shout out to both of them for providing such great customer service and not making me feel bad :) I will be back!!!

Cold beer

Alyssa and Anna were th best bartenders I’ve ever had they are so nice and wonderful people. Drinks were amazing food was great and mysic bingo on Thursdays at 7 is also amazing

I was headed to that chic- place when I spied this place. I tried two different dogs and, you need to be hungry if you're going to order two. Rebecca at the front was awesome and did a great job taking orders and slinging drinks and being attentive to everybody's needs. I can't wait till the next time I come back but I don't know what I want to order next!

This is my favorite burger in the whole wide world. Been going to Dog Haus since the late 90’s & now I leave near one, once again. So exciting!!! They got many great options, but the classic cheeseburger with everything it my go to. Highly, highly recommended!!!

There were two workers working this afternoon and they were both great, friendly, helpful, and made my first experience great. I wish I got their names but I really they made my visit pleasant. The food and atmosphere was amazing. I tried the Cowboy and that was soooo good. Definitely will be back to visit again soon.

Try this place. Huge selection of hot dogs, brats, and other food as well as a very respectable draft beer selection. Service was amazing. The first time in and I was treated like a valued regular.
It's a little loud, and seats aren't comfortable. Guess they want to turn tables fast. Otherwise, it's a nice place.
