This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pizza shop. Do not waste your time or money here.

I ordered a pizza on Friday night for delivery, provided my address multiple times, and confirmed I was within their delivery range. Yet, my pizza never arrived, and they closed for the night without any notice or attempt to fix the situation.

The next morning, I called to find out what happened, only to be told that my order was marked for pickup—despite me clearly requesting delivery. All I wanted was a refund, but they refused, saying it was too late since it was the next day. Instead, they offered a comped dessert and a replacement pizza for that evening, assuring me that all I needed to do was provide my phone number when I called back.

When I did call later that night, the employee on the phone claimed there was no manager available and that they couldn’t honor the offer. To make matters worse, they hung up on me.

So, I paid for a pizza I never received, was denied a refund, and was given the runaround instead of proper customer service. This place is unprofessional and completely unreliable.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
I placed an order and it wasn't ready on time so I went next door to get Boba and they called the Boot to have my car booted.
Had to deal with the very apologetic kid who didn't even understand why he had to boot my car and just was trying to reassure that there's nothing he could do because of how "strict" they are about leaving the parking lot.
I ORDERED FOOD WITH YOU AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE IT READY ON TIME!!!
I paid $100 to get the boot off, got my LATE pizza and now will never step into a Domino's again.

Their “hand tossed” pizza are borderline thin crust. Literally cheating the customer probably to save cost. SMH it’s really egregious.

They charge money in the parking lot on holidays! Shame!!!! I feel very sorry for you! I wanted to eat with the children, but the children saw the Christmas light and ran to play, I had to go for them when I returned to Domino, I found that my car was fined $100!

Horrible experience, food boxed and ready for a full hour while they tell me it's in the oven for the next 30 minutes. I don't have time to deal with them ignoring the fact that they're avoiding that they lost the order

I go to the one along fifth Street cross from Republic Square always great service. Great people working there always got a smile and fast.

Vegetarian options: Just tell them what you want and they’ll make it

Kid-friendliness: They have booths for families so moms can keep track of the kids

Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy to get in and out

This place is running a shake down scam and needs to be reported to the corporate office. They have a private security guard that will boot your car and demand you pay a $100 dollar fine if they see you go into another business, even if you went into or intended to go to this location. This need is most likely illegal, and they are not a licensed towing company. This is a scam run by the owners. Beware. Don't come here.

Scam business that makes more putting boots on cars than Selling pizza.

Don’t go here. The parking enforcement company will boot your car and charge you $100. It’s a scam, a shake down and it reflects poorly on Dominos.
