Store was great, seemed to be 1 guy by himself but he was great. The website though, ugh spent 20 mins trying to place an order and finally had to just call.

The chicken wings were undercooked. Garlic knots sizes were inconsistent and two of them were the size of finger tip. Stuffed pizza was dry. I am not going back here any more.

Although I placed the order and it was delivered on time to my place, I had got somebody else’s order. It’s easy to mix up the orders as a driver, so not a big problem. I called to see what they could do about it and they remade my order for me since I wanted the stuffed crusted pizza! Thank you guys for amazing customer service and fast work

(Update) They’ve give me credit for it appreciate the manager reaching out to fix this issue.

Ordered a pizza with Parmesan shaker they apparently don’t have that anymore?!? And they didn’t even offer to refund me after charging me for it dude just handed me my pizza and said bye even after noticing that.

Third time we have ordered from this location and the app says 37 minutes for delivery and it took two hours! When I called the store the young kid that answered said they were short staffed. When I mentioned my pizza showed ready 1.5 hours ago and asked if it would be fresh, he said, “no but it should still be warm but not hot.” I asked if this was acceptable to him and he said, “yes!”. I really hope the manager and owner of this location reads these reviews.

Placed order, at about an hour mark I called the store as the tracker was not worker. Dee answered and explained the situation. Trying to be understanding, I got off the phone and decided to wait. At the hour and a half mark I called again. Some kid answered, did not give his name. Was silent for a while and said my order was on its way.
Once my order got here, both pizzas were cold, one order was wrong, and the cheese for the bread knots wasn’t even melted.
I called back and the same kid answered. When I told him the order was wrong he said he would speak to the manager. He came back saying he would offer me a credit, to which I said I needed a refund. He continued on to interior me and get loud. So I said fine give me a credit. To which he said have a nice night and hung up on me. Seeing how I wasn’t signed into my account when I placed this order, I’m not sure how he is going to give said credit.
The main issue, Dee, if you are the manager, you should be handling all guest complaints. Not some kid who has no professional. Not even an apology was offered.
If you’re going to run your store short handed, at least make sure to get decent people in there.

The only person who didn’t make me mad was dee on the phone the deliver driver was my problem. Ordered my pizza at 5:50 pm and didn’t get it till 7:25pm which of course it was cold and at that point I wasn’t even hungry. Deliver driver claims he had the wrong address but the he read me back my address correctly so i don’t know where the confusion came don’t let it happen again because I love my dominos but I will stop using if this happens again. They are giving me a new pizza made free of charge for the cold pizza.
