Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza I live less than a mile away from the store. The driver alone took over an hour and a half to get to me 30 of those minutes sitting in the same spot doing god knows what, and that is just for the delivery, The store itself took over 10 minutes to start cooking it and my pizza arrived stone cold and it doesn’t even taste good. If I could leave a negative star review I would in a heart beat, unfortunately though the lowest I can go is 1 star. I’ve ordered food from 5 miles away before and gotten in less than 30 minutes, never order from here unless you want to flush your money down the toilet.

Awesome guys!! Great attitudes for a Sunday night!! This is always my go to Domino's!!!

I’m only 10 minutes away from this Domino’s, so I expected delivery to be quick and simple. The tracker said “Delivered” — but the food didn’t actually show up until 30 minutes later. By the time it finally arrived, everything was stone cold and completely inedible (I shouldn’t have to reheat a delivered pizza, otherwise I’d have gotten a frozen one from HEB).

If you’re going to mark something as delivered, at least make sure it’s actually at the door. I paid for a hot meal and got something that felt like it had been sitting in someone’s car the whole time or mis-delivered (which it showed in the app) and picked up off the floor somewhere.

This was beyond disappointing — terrible service, cold food, and zero accountability. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

they forgot to add jalapeños on one pizza and then DIDN’T EVEN CUT THE PIZZAS WHAT THE-

Do NOT go to this location. I placed an order at 4:30 for two medium pizzas. The app told me my order was ready at 4:50. I came into the store and had to tell 4 different people my order. The first three told me my order was almost most ready and it would only be 5-10 min. After waiting 30 more minutes I spoke to a new person and they told me my order hadn’t even been started. Nothing was done to resolve this. My order came out a full hour later ( for two medium pizzas)They did not care that my order was lost and their organizational system was terrible.

I order a pizza did get my full order the lady said said she will give me a credit call up there 3 days afther to get my credit she said there no credit on the account i will not be using hard money to order food from this place i will be eating a pizza hut are papa johns pizza better custom service.. and people are not rude to you i been eating at this place for 25 years it time to take my money somewhere else some one who is going to appreciate ther customers.....

In my opinion, the best of the large chains.

Store was great, seemed to be 1 guy by himself but he was great. The website though, ugh spent 20 mins trying to place an order and finally had to just call.

The chicken wings were undercooked. Garlic knots sizes were inconsistent and two of them were the size of finger tip. Stuffed pizza was dry. I am not going back here any more.

Although I placed the order and it was delivered on time to my place, I had got somebody else’s order. It’s easy to mix up the orders as a driver, so not a big problem. I called to see what they could do about it and they remade my order for me since I wanted the stuffed crusted pizza! Thank you guys for amazing customer service and fast work
