Third time we have ordered from this location and the app says 37 minutes for delivery and it took two hours! When I called the store the young kid that answered said they were short staffed. When I mentioned my pizza showed ready 1.5 hours ago and asked if it would be fresh, he said, “no but it should still be warm but not hot.” I asked if this was acceptable to him and he said, “yes!”. I really hope the manager and owner of this location reads these reviews.

Placed order, at about an hour mark I called the store as the tracker was not worker. Dee answered and explained the situation. Trying to be understanding, I got off the phone and decided to wait. At the hour and a half mark I called again. Some kid answered, did not give his name. Was silent for a while and said my order was on its way.
Once my order got here, both pizzas were cold, one order was wrong, and the cheese for the bread knots wasn’t even melted.
I called back and the same kid answered. When I told him the order was wrong he said he would speak to the manager. He came back saying he would offer me a credit, to which I said I needed a refund. He continued on to interior me and get loud. So I said fine give me a credit. To which he said have a nice night and hung up on me. Seeing how I wasn’t signed into my account when I placed this order, I’m not sure how he is going to give said credit.
The main issue, Dee, if you are the manager, you should be handling all guest complaints. Not some kid who has no professional. Not even an apology was offered.
If you’re going to run your store short handed, at least make sure to get decent people in there.

The only person who didn’t make me mad was dee on the phone the deliver driver was my problem. Ordered my pizza at 5:50 pm and didn’t get it till 7:25pm which of course it was cold and at that point I wasn’t even hungry. Deliver driver claims he had the wrong address but the he read me back my address correctly so i don’t know where the confusion came don’t let it happen again because I love my dominos but I will stop using if this happens again. They are giving me a new pizza made free of charge for the cold pizza.

Just got a pizza delivered and is the worst pizza i ever have seen. Completely burnt around the corners. Very bad experience.

Placed an order more than two hours ago and the app still shows its being prepped. Called the store numerous times and no one answers. I need my money back, at the very least.

The NY style pizza with extra sauce was really good. My special needs grandchild really likes his pizza with extra sauce and the team came through. Thanks!

Worst experience at Domino’s since I was a kid this is horrible. I went online and ordered an order two or more for 699. I ordered chicken Alfredo and a simple New York style pizza. They gave me a hand tossed pizza and Alfredo with no meat in it then they decided to argue with me that I selected to Have chicken in my chicken Alfredo. I would not waste my time with this one just a refund and I won’t be back

Waited about an hour( as per the email) no change on the tracker and no email or even call regarding the long wait time, called to cancel and they definitely got that done in about 30 seconds from the call. Would give less than a star if I could, restaurant isn't even busy right now.

Wow. 43 dollars for 2 med pizzas. Not worth it.
