I was upset that i couldn't call in an order, 3 people working here and no one answered the phone, i had a hard time ordering online because it wouldn't recognize this location specifically and i payed $30 for a 1 topping pizza and some pasta. Absolutely ridiculous when you can buy it for $7.99 online! Was pretty upset about the overall price but mostly that no one seemed to know the deals that they had when i asked and they aren't posted anywhere except online so unless your looking at it while you order good luck... don't order by just walking in is my advice.

We had a lot of problems with this location in the past (hours long delivery times, missing items, poor customer service) - to the point we stopped ordering for 4-5 years. We gave it a try again about a year ago and have had an awesome experience. The app is well done and the delivery times are very fast compared to other food delivery. Quality/accuracy of orders has also been spot on. Keep up the good work!

Sometimes it's a hit and sometimes it's a miss. I ordered 2 pizzas, one was great and had a normal amount of toppings. The other had barely any toppings.

I hate the service. We ordered pizza as a splurge because it is expensive. My daughter really wanted it so we caved. My husband has gastritis but they have beef so we were okay. When my husband got home it smelled like he had gotten sausage and he said no beef. The second pizza barely had any cheese and just looked thrown together. My husband called to complain and the guy said he would have to talk to his GM because he knows he put beef on it. Last time we check beef isn't spicy. My husband even said it could be but ig was spicy and the guy even refused to give us our money back until he talked to his GM! We even said we would take back the pizza because we didn't want it. Worst service and worst experience yet.

Ordered pizza for a birthday party. They say they delivered it. Never arrived. Called: not at all helpful on the phone and made no attempt to rectify.
No curbside pickup for carryout? The Lava Cake needs more powdered sugar on top.
