Last night I had a terrible experience with the night crew at dominoes. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes so close to an hour to order my pizza because the online wasn’t working. when I got a hold of someone it was really close to closing so I told them it’s OK if you don’t wanna take my order but the guy said it was fine took my order took my money and then never dropped off my order. This morning I called when opening and the lovely morning manager took care of me very well offering me cheesy bread and drinks In addition to my order. I called at 10 she said that the delivery driver would be in at 11:30 and my order was delivered by 12 just as she promised. Good part on management but please check your crew. I worked in fast food, and I’ve worked with people who are shady I know exactly what he did and he charged me and then took cash out of the drawer because my order was zeroed out when I called. I have changed my rating souly on the manager that was working this morning. Thank you

Waited two hours for a pizza, finally the tracker says delivered and there's no pizza. Called the store after about an hour to be told, "it'll be 25-35 minutes" - even though it had been an hour and the estimated time was 35-46 minutes when I ordered. I was polite though and just said okay thank you, and they hung up without another word. Another hour goes by and here we are, no pizza, order on the app says "delivered" - total lie- and when I try to call again the store is closed so no one answers. So they pocket my $40 and I get nothing. Absolute garbage.

I order a pizza it was really late. Got an offer for a free pizza so I used coupon but got changed $23 and some change. Your driver Zack didn't give me my change. Had another delivery for a resident when I was informing them we're to go your driver took off with my change and I got the wrong pizza. Today 10/22/23 I used another coupon that was sent to me in my email. I order around 3pm it's now 4:37pm still haven't got my pizza

1 hour and 50 minutes to receive a delivery. Pizza arrived cold. Never ordering from Dominos ever again. Sad, I used to love you guys. Bye bye.

First minus the star. My brother Pedro walked to this location around 10 p.m. for our pizza night, I get off work at 10:30 and most importantly is my brother is handicap missing his left leg from the knee down. It's been a challenge... so as he walked from our pizza night. Some car tries to scare him by going faster and he fell dropping the two boxes and Cinnabon box. Challenges happen to him crying back to the apartment. I get back and he's devastated. So I call that store and explained what occurred. They didn't want to help. Like not one bit. Unfortunately my brother left them on the street and the store wanted every slice. Like I said he left it on the street when he fell. Shame on your store. He now won't give there again. He week he enjoys walking to get that pizza. Broke my heart. Shame management... Went to the box on the street and this was left. If the homeless got it well that's okay with me. Can't believe Domino's on south Lamar wouldn't even help my brother who is handicap.

The CSR'S at South Lamar are polite and courteous. That said, I just came from there with a burnt thin crust philly pizza. It was dry. The edges were almost black for approximately an inch. I will not order "thin crust" anything from there again.

Always been good. Tends to forget to read the recipe and that someone may have notes like pie cut on it. Got a thin crust 2 times and got square cut when I asked for pie cut. Not angry honestly cuz it's still good and the right pizza just they need to pay attention to the recipe in case of any notes like so.

Ordered from this store the week of May 8. When ordering, the app said 30 - 40 minutes for delivery. The app showed the driver leaving the store about an hour later, heading away from my location and showing another 45 minutes for delivery. After watching this for a while and with the app showing 30ish minutes until delivery, it then said my pizza was delivered (at my hotel). I went to the lobby to find it...no pizza. Nobody had seen a Dominos driver. Called the store, took 10 minutes to speak to someone. Said the pizza would be another 5 or 10 minutes. After about 15 minutes I tried calling again. As I was holding...again... the driver showed up... an hour and 40 minutes after ordering. I order from Dominos stores all over the country and I'm frankly about done with them. The delivery issues have gotten WAY out of hand and the app is ridiculously inaccurate. If I would have known the pizza would have been more than an hour I would not have ordered it in the first place. Dominos... fix your issues!!!

I just want Jovan’s Superior to know they have an Amazing employee with patients working there!!! After calling 3 Domino’s getting put on hold or telling tell they don’t deliver to my child’s daycare down the street on s.1st ATX 78704, Jovan took the time to look it up and put my order in! This means the world to me and I truly appreciate him to the fullest!! You are amazing ty Jovan! All the kiddo’s thank you also for getting their lunch delivered to them for their pre Easter party!!!!!!!!????????????

I wish I could give this store less than one star. 16 preschoolers did not have pizza ready for lunch because these employees did not input rescheduled order. I put the order in for pick up at 11 Wednesday, then called to reschedule for the next day, Thursday. I was assured TWICE it would be ready. When I got there to pick up it up myself to deliver it to the school, they had no record of the order, despite me having the two confirmation emails.I was told 15 minutes to make it. It took 40 minutes while I stood there and watched only one of the two employees make the pizzas. Completely ridiculous. Do not order from here if you have an obligation to bring the pizza, especially for children. You and the kids will be disappointed.I would love a refund but the employees do not even bother to reschedule an order. If the owner of the franchise is reading this, I would like a response.
