Worst ever experience with dominos. They gave me wrong order and didn’t even help me out when I called regarding that. They only prepared my pizza once I returned the wrong pizza. I was very hungry and I got my food nearly after 1-1.5 hrs of struggle. Very rude service and they definitely need training.

Ordered 3 large specialty pizzas for work the were quick to deliver and the food was spot on. That spicy chicken bacon ranch hits different definitely will order again.

I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Veg Pizza, but was served a pizza that contained meat, which is unacceptable—especially for someone who doesn’t eat meat. When I brought this up, the manager was rude and unprofessional instead of addressing the mistake properly. Customer service and attention to orders really need improvement. I would not recommend this place based on this experience.

I placed an order at 6:43 and it never came….I called the store and EVAN ( the so called Manager ) said he doesn’t see my order and it’s nothing he can! He also said it had nothing to do with him and was EXTRA RUDE! (He was SO MEAN ) I told him it was a call in and I have to tell his worker my card info so how was it not anything they could do….. he told me that again it’s not his problem and call my bank. I let him know they took money off my card and he said ( Oh WELL ) I ask for another manager he said …… she going to tell you the same thing so call tomorrow and ask for the GM! After that he hung up in my face! This was the domino place and maybe EVAN needs to be go through training and needs ANGER MANAGEMENT ALSO! Now I will have to call the bank and dispute this since they took my order and never delivered it 🤷🏾♀️😡 I don’t ever post like this but this needed to be said! I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW PEOPLE CAN BE SO RUDE AND BE IN MANAGEMENT🫣 #THANKSEVAN

I had to wait over 10 minutes to get my food and I didn’t even get my food. I had to walk behind the counter and grab my own pizza because five employees were all standing around doing nothing for 10 straight minutes and when I asked someone to help me they just pointed out a different person. Horrible service

No clue what these other reviews are talking about. Went about half an hour before close and felt bad about it but they DELIVERED on our take-out pizza. The picture speaks for itself. It tastes even better than it looks. We WILL be back.
The worst Dominos in town. Orders are incorrect about half the time. Used to accept that b/c they were fast. For several months now the food is wrong AND delivery takes forever. I live less than a mile from the store and the driver took almost an hour from leaving the store on one order. Avg has been 30+ minutes. Switching to pickup at a different store.

Came in last minute at 11:40PM, tried to go to Papa Johns first right down the street, but they wouldn’t take my order since they closed at midnight, so went here even they closed at midnight as well. Caleb at this location was more than happy to take my order for just one pizza even though they too were closing soon. Shout out to Caleb, he needs a raise, and pizza is better than Papa John’s.

Ordered dinner for my family. We live in the area and use the same location. The wings are now being drizzled with hot sauce. They are naked wings with a bit of sauce drizzle over them. I called to file a complaint as that is not the usual service we receive. The Manager stated that is how they make them for everyone every time. Even after explaining that we order from that location often and that has never happened he was not caring at all. He offered to send us a dipping sauce in 45 minutes. I requested hot wings to be made with the sauce covering them as usual and be redelivered. He once again sent an order of wings that were drizzled on one side. Horrible service, horrible customer service, terrible experience. Maybe a manager that cared would of made a difference! The Manager was Caleb. Caleb, could use some training on that customer service for sure. Dominos, how can we contribute to get Caleb some training? Or get him off the schedule?

Don’t waste your time. I placed an order online that said it would deliver in an hour. 30+ min later it came out of the over and at the hour mark I called and at that time it said i eoukd get it faster if I drive to the store and picked it up myself!?? Again, and hour later and after the pizzas were out of the over already over 30 min
