Claire, the GM, needs to be fired. She is extremely rude and short when she knows she is wrong.Backstory, I purchased a pizza through the Domino's app back on March 9, used my points but got extra things on the pizza and paid for it with cash in the store. When I got home, they didn't put meat on my pizza. I called and the guy I spoke with said he would put a credit on my account. Cool! Well, I tried to use my credit yesterday and they never put the credit on my account. When I called, they said it was something only the GM could do and she could call me in the morning. Well, I never got a call from her so I decided to call myself and she is absolutely the rudest person ever. Talking over me, raising her voice but claiming she isn't, trying to treat me as if I did something wrong for trying to find a resolution.I'm glad the calls are recorded so there is proof of her hostility towards paying customers.Basically, they stole my money on March 9 because they didn't put the credit on my account and they lied to me about the credit process in general. They won't credit me for my points that I used, only for the money I spent that day.*Read the other reviews and look at their ratings for this location. I won't be coming to this location anymore*Drive a couple more minutes down the road and go to Domino's near 35/ HEB/ WingStop. They have never messed up my order, stolen money, or rude to customers.I have been in contact with corporate about this issue and am waiting for a proper resolution.

This is the best dominoes! I moved here almost 2 years ago and the dominos where I’m from was no where near as good as this one. The food is always delicious and ready quickly. I will definitely continue coming back!

It's Domino's, so it's never going to be the best pizza you can get, but this store is clean, the staff is friendly, and my pizzas are always made to order. I've never had an issue with them and as far as Domino's goes, it's as good as it gets.

I come here at least once a week . I love my points plus the food ! But the lady who works there today at 4:30 p.m. latina blonde ponytail. She always seem to make it a issue when I come there. I had stop coming to this location for a while because of her antagonizing approach with customer service. First time I had ordered I was paying with 100 dollar bill and my change would have been less than 60 she insisted ..heck she could have suggested adding to the order (upscale) But was the attitude instead.Today I had ordered two pizzas one was a remake for a mistake made added meat to a veggie. I had my receipt and the picture I was required to send of the pizza that was made incorrectly. I furnished her my phone number the gentleman told me use for my credit. She said your number is not in here. Did you speak with a manager. I give her every detail and said yes" he told me to give my number. She said with sarcasm there are no male managers here. I don't know why this lady seems to want to antagonize me like she is looking for a confrontation. Yet I offered to show her the picture and number of the employee and my receipt and since I didn't get irrational like she was she walked away and said you ain't got to show me that. Have a nice day condescending..I spend too much money here to have to tolerate someone who wants to be a alpha female.. I'm a lady not your contender.

The worst experience ever. I ordered on Thursday 12/14/23 @ 1:15pm for an Elementary 5th grade class. Pizza was delivered @ 2:55. I called them @ 2:15 to cancel the order and requested a refund because the party was over. The young man over the phone told me there was no order under my name and it was not made. I call again and he said they found the order but he was going to let the manager know to cancel the order at the end of his shift. 2:40 I get a text saying there dropping of the pizza. I call the store again and the young man told me they were not delivering the pizza and the order was canceled. They never refunded my money and the pizza was left at school. Ridiculous to charge me after I told them to cancel because it was way to late and no one was going to be at school. Pizza was delivered 1 and 40 minutes later and left at school

It's really not that bad. I may be a little bit biased because I love the pizza. They have a Domino's but the food and the admin is pretty cool but the things that I don't love about this place is that there's only one chair for people to wait for their food to be done And most the time you don't even know if the food is done or not because I walked in after getting my pick up Notifications saying that was ready and then I walked in and they said your order is not ready and then 15 seconds later, they said, what's your name by the way and I said Mason and they said oh yeah your order is ready. I think they should check With the name is before they say if your pizza is ready or not. As someone who works in the restaurant industry I understand it's stressful and there are other factors. You can't control, but asking for a name for the order is not that hard.

I always order from this location. Have not had any issues until today. There was a piece of metal in the pizza. I called the store, no answer. I called the delivery driver Quintarus (he called when he delivered because he couldn't find my office). He said he would let the manager know as since he was walking into the store. I wouldn't have posted a review had the store answered their phone.

Delivery took over an hour. Pizza arrived somehow both over cooked and cold. Lava cakes were hard in the middle because it had taken them that long to get here.Tried to call the store, phone just rings.

You wouldn’t think it’s hard to mess up pizza, but it happens. Not here. Awesome Domino’s location. Fast-pizza-making skills. Friendly employees. Non-sticky floors. Pick this Wells Branch location. (There are two, make sure you double check your order pick-up location!) Joseph, the manager, is super nice and customer first! Plus. Who doesn’t love pizza? ??

My experience was much better than expected. The food was better then what delivery normally is. Quality was top notch. The customer service of the manager Joseph was fantastic. A model of professionalism and courtesy in customer service. I will be a regular customer from now on
