The pizza and chicken were barely warm.
Pizza wasn’t sliced all the way through, and since it arrived barely warm, the slices just tore apart….

the lady literally doesn’t acknowledge ur inside. says order is in the oven when i can see my order there with my name. and there’s nothing in the oven. just overall stupid experience to be waiting this long for my ready order while the lady washes the dishes.

Just ordered/picked up a large $9.99 special; Garlic crust, ham, bacon, jalapeños and tomatoes, extra on each topping.
Couldn’t have been better. Really. Hot, flavorful, not skimpy at all on the toppings, ready when we got there. Great pizza. Love this location on Parmer. A bit of a drive for us, but certainly worth it.

I came here to get one medium pizza and it was nearly $20; however, no prices were listed anywhere. Moreover, the worker who took my order did not know what he was doing, required help from another employee, and struggled to place my order the entire time. The woman who helped the man was preparing a pizza without gloves, then touched the keyboard to help him, she did not wash her hands, and then continued to roll out the pizza dough. I asked the lady if they wear gloves when they touch the food, and she responded that they do, as she is actively not wearing gloves, touching the keyboard, and then touching the food. She said the other employees who “touch the food” wear gloves, but not a single employee in the building was. She proceeded to tell me that she is not touching any food, as she is touching the dough with her bare hands?? After I questioned her and said she is actively touching food, she said that she washed her hands, but she did not after touching the keyboard. To me, this is a health and safety concern. I don’t want food that could be contaminated by someone touching a dirty keyboard that has who knows what on it.
Charged me for pepper and Parmesan what kind of world do we live in

I ordered 2 of the new stuffed crust pizzas on Saturday, and one of the toppings was wrong on one of the pizzas. But MAN, the other pizza and the half that was correct on the wrong pizza was SO GOOD, best stuffed crust in the game by far.
On Sunday I called to ask if I could get the wrong pizza remade and picked up later that day, and whoever helped me was SO helpful and kind. No questions asked, he asked when I would like to pick it up, and he even reminded me of a credit I had that I had forgotten about. I thought it couldn’t get better than that….but THEN!
I got the pizza, and holy moly…I think it’s the best pizza I’ve ever seen or tasted, especially considering it’s from a “chain” pizza place. They not only remade the pizza but it was SPECTACULAR! So good!
We go to dominoes once a week - it’s a tradition for me and my kids - and I’m so grateful that the folks there take care of us the few times there are mistakes, and that the team makes such darn good stuffed crust pies!

Delivery drivers never have any issues, my food is never cold and the pizza is always made correct. Delivery drivers are always polite and friendly (unlike the local papa John’s on rutland) and they actually drop your order off in a timely fashion - AcQuenda and Daniel are the BEST! Dominos has my loyalty as a customer this location never lets me down
