This place is terrible to begin with if you order delivery you will definitely be waiting for 2 hours.

They are very rude, terrible customer service.

I ordered food at 11:50 to be delivered mind you Domino's is only four minutes away from here. It took one hour for the delivery driver To deliver the food delivery driver and proceeded to tell me that they do not deliver to this address as it's beyond a imaginary blue line that they drew on a map Mind you I was only three minutes from their location I will not return I will take my business to Pizza Hut or anywhere else on top of that, waiting on the phone for 16 minutes as they told me one minute before ordering should've been my warning

Love this spot! Pickup is the way to go and always consistent. Couple of times they messed up the order they might it right immediately. This is our go to za spot!

05:52 I went in to buy a sandwich. The employee was very hasty and did not show any respect, so he must be trained on that As for the meals, they are excellent and very delicious. The food is very delicious at Domino's

Ordered pizza for my team for having to work New Year’s Eve. 10 pizzas and 1 Parmesan bites. 1 pizza arrived with a bite taken out of it. Called the store and talked to Stephanie. She said she made the pizzas and there was no way a bite was taken out of it. The driver named AcQuenda delivered and seemed professional and nice.

However, somewhere between point an and point b there was a bite taken out of this pizza, so not sure who is to blame. What I can say is the Stephanie calling us liars on an order this large was not cool.

As a manager in customer service, you fix it, you don’t argue with the customer and call them liars. I tell my staff daily if there is a problem, to fix it and make it right for the customer, even if we aren’t at fault. A return business is better than a bad review and no return business. You won’t keep your doors open long this way. Stephanie did not do this. She did not make my experience better and flat out accused us of lying.

As a result, we will not be frequenting this establishment again.

We checked all the pizzas when they arrived and this one had a bite out of it and a crushed box upon delivery. I can see if we said all the pizzas were wrong, but it’s literally just one. Bad customer service will lose you customers. Hopefully management fixes this.

We filed a complaint through the app as well.

I received an email basically stating that there was a special running for 199 this was during the time of Christmas when I went to order it on the menu it does not show so apparently it is called the manager special I called the manager and spoke to her she immediately said that it was something that had to do with the app then I stated that if she was the manager and they are doing manager specials why could she not basically abide by the rules and she got an attitude that shows poor conduct skills and poor ethical values... Wow to hang up on somebody that states a lot what type of employees are allowed to work in that area.
