Ordered pizza for my team for having to work New Year’s Eve. 10 pizzas and 1 Parmesan bites. 1 pizza arrived with a bite taken out of it. Called the store and talked to Stephanie. She said she made the pizzas and there was no way a bite was taken out of it. The driver named AcQuenda delivered and seemed professional and nice.
However, somewhere between point an and point b there was a bite taken out of this pizza, so not sure who is to blame. What I can say is the Stephanie calling us liars on an order this large was not cool.
As a manager in customer service, you fix it, you don’t argue with the customer and call them liars. I tell my staff daily if there is a problem, to fix it and make it right for the customer, even if we aren’t at fault. A return business is better than a bad review and no return business. You won’t keep your doors open long this way. Stephanie did not do this. She did not make my experience better and flat out accused us of lying.
As a result, we will not be frequenting this establishment again.
We checked all the pizzas when they arrived and this one had a bite out of it and a crushed box upon delivery. I can see if we said all the pizzas were wrong, but it’s literally just one. Bad customer service will lose you customers. Hopefully management fixes this.
We filed a complaint through the app as well.

I received an email basically stating that there was a special running for 199 this was during the time of Christmas when I went to order it on the menu it does not show so apparently it is called the manager special I called the manager and spoke to her she immediately said that it was something that had to do with the app then I stated that if she was the manager and they are doing manager specials why could she not basically abide by the rules and she got an attitude that shows poor conduct skills and poor ethical values... Wow to hang up on somebody that states a lot what type of employees are allowed to work in that area.

The white dude is horrible customer service I ordered 2 medium pizzas thinking I could get the deal he said only if u order online so I said once it’s made can I just order online pay that way he told me no I have to pay full price so know I just left n ordered online from the dominos 1 mile up the street and they wasted 2 pizzas for no reason

The vibe from the workers in morning shift is like from a scary movie.. they look so unhappy and the service feels like you see bothering them . I won’t be coming back here any more .. it definitely felt like I was walking into a murder movie .. very ODD VERY OFF I hope the owner notice this through cameras .
THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO COME OUT THE BACK TO TAKE ORDER . I SET AT LOBBY A FEW MINUTES WITH NO ONE AT REGISTER JUST WOW 🤯 BAD SERVICE Entirely! God bless this business.
Every time I order I say this is last time but I always give in and order again. I ordered extra sauce but big mistake it was bbq sauce which I love but it was like the bottle was spilled on top. I also ordered well done but it was not and it was a pan and they never get done. I checked four stars because my deliveries are always fast but this time my sodas were set on top of pizza box and pizza was stuck to top of box. I also tip well at least I think I do. The tator tots were burned as well also and there was no white sauce on top. Just like everyone else nobody has money to throw away we just want our pizza, ect. made like the person making it would want it. I’m so disappointed again………… I’m on fixed income and I usually have to give up something else so I can eat out once a month and I just want a good pizza.
