Ordered pizza last night late, had no other option life goes on. Pizza never arrived. According to tracking sean left... restaurant, but sean never arrived with pizza. I called multiple times last night, and this morning. Still no answer no explanation... will update if resolved.

I ordered a pizza for delivery and the guy told me it will get to you in 40 minutes and after 2 hours waiting there is no pizza I called them again and found out that the guy marked the carry out .anyways after 3 hours i got the pizza. horrible

Placed an order online well before dinner time. According to their pizza tracker, the order sat ready to be delivered for a little over 50 minutes. So, I called the store to see what was going on. After expressing why I was calling and retrieved my order number, the individual on the phone apologized, but expressed it was going to be a bit longer. No other details were given other than they only had one delivery driver. I inquired as to how much longer. They said at least 20 more minutes. This would have been pushing or exceeding two hours from when I originally place the order. I made a concern about the food sitting for so long. Their conclusion was that food can sit under the heat lamps for over an hour and still be fine. I advised it would be more than an hour since the food was done, according to them. The individual seemed to get impatient and advised that if it wasn’t delivered within the next 20 minutes, they would remake and redeliver the food. And make that same mistake twice in a row? I cancelled the order. That was a waste of time…

I’ve been coming to this location for 7 years…always good customer service and consistent quality (except for a few months, there was a guy who was cutting the pizza’s all willy nilly).

I been customer of this place since 2 years there’s a lady does the greatest service thanks from her I wished I was knew her name to mention it. But the rest of other guys are so awful and unprofessional. I never ever stop by this place. The worsest customer service.

Store messed-up my pick-up pizza order (by their OWN admission), then tried to guilt-trip me for refusing it, and my firm insistence for them to correct my order. NO apologies were offered, either. All I received was the disappointment of an under-cooked pizza, once I got home (which I had to throw away, after one bite). I've tried to give this Dominos location many chances over the years, for the various issues I've had with them, but I can honestly say that as of now, I'm DONE with these folks, for good!

Ordered at 11:30 online. Noted 12:33 delivery driver left. 1:07 called store - driver had 2 pizzas to deliver before mine. I work literally 1.2 miles from the store. 1:25 I get a phone call - driver is LOST. Ugh - do yourself a favor - order from another venue.

Pizza was made just how I ordered it maybe had a little bit too much garlic on the crust though. Secret to this, please pick it up yourself. I was able to place my order picked up, Back at the house all in less than 15 minutes, which normally took up to 45min when I had it delivered then there’s an obligation of tipping if not, then if they remember you next time. Then you’re looking at almost an hour.

Almost reached this place at closing time but the staff was really friendly and patient. Loved the pizza!
Kinda disappointed this time I choose the option for well done on all three of my pizza’s our main pizza with the works was the not done ? this location need a new pizza cutter so I do t have to use mine again not sure why this always happens the biggest disappointment was our sandwich I don’t recommend them at all unless they start putting meat on them. (Sorry for the have eaten sandwich picture I kept going thing so this is not a cheese sandwich)The brownie was very good though ?

After several calls and being told my delivery driver (Tyson) would bring back the 6 items he forgot- I am still left without any of them.. 3 hours later. Wish tip was added after delivery because I just wasted my money for no reason.
