Domino's Pizza

Always on time, even tho they are known to be one of the busiest locations. Love the fast pace and good execution of pizzas

Out of all the local Domino’s in south Austin, this one has consistently been the worst and my experience tonight with curbside pickup made tonight’s visit my last.

I placed my order on the app, and got curbside delivery. Whoever ran out with my pizza must’ve been in a bad mood or something, but they shoved the pizza so hard into my car window that my arm managed to hit my chest. They immediately turned around and ran off while I tried to get their attention.

My experience tonight completely ruined my mood, and turned me off from ever dealing with this location again. So disappointing.

I went to this one rather than the one we usually go to...dont give parmessan but sell it. Won't be back.

The buffalo wings were tasty but the order only included 2 drumettes plus 7 wing parts. The original crust hasn't changed. I got beef and cheese. The beef really had no taste.

This place is always good. Delivery is good, pickup is good and each time it’s very consistent. It’s quick and easy.

Amazingly, they botched 4 of my last 6 orders. We don't order delivery anymore because this location gets orders wrong so consistently. The staff are friendly, but in the last few months this location has lost all quality control.

The pizza and prices are reasonably good, but when the orders are consistently incorrect, I can't rate this location higher.

Second time in a month that online says 10 minutes, then in the store they say 30-60 minutes. Staff trying to work hard but system is letting in orders with unreasonable times. That's fraud. Disappointed. Reached out to franchisee last month and still no response.

Very fast and always gets my order right.
Clean place and fairly small.
Ordering through the app is easy and great prices.
Right across from my house and close to many neighborhoods.
Shoutout to this place for holding our little neighborhood down with great food and service, keep it up!

Let me tell you one thing. I have ordered from this dominos since 2021 and tonight has been the best delivery experienceEVER! (I was an avid dominos gal back in college- different state lol)BUT!! Chris! My dude! You killed it tonight! Thank you so much for delivering my pizzas (btw the pizzas are totally for myself ?) Chris deserves a raise!

Said 30 min wait then order it was 60 min wait. Called for 20 min to cancel and no answer. Remove the phone if you’re not going to answer it

I placed my order online (#152), and went to pickup. I arrived 5 min after getting notified it was ready. The cashier was young, so I can (sorta) excuse his customer service, but the pizzas were almost cold, the 5 cheese dip was literally almost empty (a very small amount in bottom of container with a layer of floating grease), and my sandwich had burnt cheese. At least the bread bites were good. I will not use this location again.
