Domino's Pizza

I order from this location about 2 times a month for carry out. There is always just one lady working there and she always has a great attitude even though she’s the only one there working!!!

They mark items as delivered through car side and leave you sitting there. You’ll get a text confirmation and everything but they never bring your food to the car

I love this store and any other time besides this one employee it’s nothing but a good experience. I just walked in the store to grab a pizza and she’s a young girl so her attitude is disgusting She sat there messing with things in the oven and had her headphones in, and she knew I was there because the little bell ring and then she saw me standing there. She was avoiding me and she left me sitting there so rudely for three minutes you couldn’t say I’ll be right there. Sorry she had a horrible attitude people like that. Make me never want to come back to the store again. She doesn’t know how to socially act interact with employees so I would really evaluate her working there because her rude customer service is never gonna get her anywhere because I don’t wanna go into the store if I know she’s working there ever again. I’ll probably just order delivery now.

Basically an incompetent Domino's franchise. Worst service ever and they don't actually support redeeming Domino's points here. Big shoutout to the manager Jesus for leading this incompetent effort with his rude and unhelpful service. This experience may make me rethink my patronage of Dominos. It really is no good anyway but my kids like it.

Ordered 3 pizzas online using a coupon Domino's sent out in snail mail; put the order in around noon on a Sunday for carry-out at 4:45 pm - their website was accepting orders and allowed me to pick a later carry-out time as I have done several times before at other stores - I arrived at 4:45 at 4:45 and did not see my name on the board and asked for my order - 2 men sitting in back where ready pizzas were on a rack checked the boxes on the rack and said there wasn't anything there with my name on it shrugged their shoulders and went back to hanging out - I protested and reiterated I had an order that was supposed to be ready at this time at this store and I had already paid for it they said nothing more than there wasn't anything there - a middle age Asian woman came over from making pizzas checked some orders then went to the computer and by phone number pulled up my order and said they had cancelled it and she went back to her work station making pizzas just not mine - I asked the 2 men why they cancelled my order they said it was because it was posted to early I protested this was nonsense since the site accepted the order for later carry-out they then tried to claim because it was placed and not picked up within 2 hours it was cancelled I again protested that was because I set the later carry-out time for 4:45 and the site would even give you an option for a later order in the magnitude of days - at this point a young Asian woman came over and began to make the same claims why they cancelled but couldn't provide an explanation why they did not send a notification of the cancellation despite sending the initial notification that they received the order and I had the email to prove it and I wouldn't have come in to the store if I had known they cancelled it - she then said there was something wrong with their order system and at that point she said they could make the pizzas - what a novel idea since that was why I ordered them and why I came to pick them up - I ended up waiting in their store about 30 minutes to get my order that should have been made ahead and the woman who offered to prepare them charged me for them like nothing happened - there was never any apology for cancelling the order or making me wait in store for almost a half hour -- I will not be going to this Domino's again it isn't worth hoping the next time will actually be the service expected for the order placed or at least sincere contrition for wasting my time

I have been standing at take out window for 5 minutes and no acknowledge me. They are just looking at me and continue to walk around the store. Poor customer service.

I ordered from this location twice and both times they delivered to the wrong house. The app clearly showed my home address correctly and marked on the GPS where it was and yet both deliveries failed. I had to call the store twice and the driver insisted they delivered it to the right address after I told them I didn’t have it nor did any of my neighbors on the block. They made no effort to make this right beyond a remake a resend that would delay dinner another hour. Embarrassing and terrible customer service, it’s a joke I was still charged a delivery fee and tip.
