Utterly rude and disrespectful, and that is on top of serving me cold cardboard, with pepperoni on top that they call pizza. When I called to let them know that my food was terrible, the manager was insulting and rude. Never eating Dominos again.

I placed in an order online for two pizza's to pickup. Just under an hour later, I get there and go inside to see that my order is still not ready (says so on the app as well). After going in and checking on it, they tell me it will no longer than 10 minutes, that it just got placed in the oven. I leave the store and go walk the block of the 37th street lights to kill some time, and I get back 5 minutes later with a boot on my car.
The guy booting is in his car next to me, gets out and says I got booted as the parking lot is for customers only. I pull out my phone and show him that my order is being prepared and wanted to kill the time, but he said leaving the property is grounds for booting, and that its $100 to get it removed or be towed. I am appalled. I tell him to wait one minute, I go in AND GET MY PIZZAS, and upon coming out he still refuses to remove the boot without paying him despite showing him the proof that I was a customer.
I go back inside and ask the staff about the towing services out there, and how to get it removed as I was a customer, who was just in there. They said they aren't responsible themselves for the enforcement, and if they booted me that they had cause.
Terribly scummy way to treat people, let alone customers. Also, to add insult to injury, my pizza was burnt.

They hire a towing company (central parking enforcement) to boot cars despite being a paying customer if you leave the lot for <5 minutes. total scam. shame on you for inviting those scam artists to hose your customers. absolutely agree. I will never buy anything from this company.You ruined my and my 5 children's holiday mood by fining me $100 for parking for 4 minutes. Or is this your new business direction, if pizza sells worse, then make money for parking? But public parking is cheaper, isnt it?. And your warning signs are not illuminated and cannot be seen.

Went to this Domino’s after a concert so it was almost closing time when we got there. It was amazing! The General Manager, James, is very friendly and kind!
He made sure the food quality was excellent and made sure everything was correct with our order! Definitely will be visiting again next time I am in town. Thank you all for providing excellent service!
