Domino's Pizza

I have to say I really enjoy coming to this Domino's always clean and the employees are very respectful and helpful also has a lot of seating as you can see in the picture. We'll definitely be coming back here

orders are consistently late and wrong. last pickup order was given to someone else. and when they recreated my order while i waited in person they still got it wrong. it was pepperoni straight from the menu and a drink. it wasnt complex.

I order only two pizza and a five chese dips they kept me waiting for almost two hours saying in a couple of minutes in a couple of minutes i ordered at 4:33 its 6:07 and its still not here its incredible of how bad of service this domino s can have i bet when the food arives its gonna be cold

Had plenty of problems with this place. Order food with the way I want it cooked or cut and they don't do that. Same goes for the pizza, pizza is made how they want to make it not the way you ask them to. What's the point of having options of ways to cook a pizza if you're not going to get what you ordered in the first place. I've had plenty of orders delivered to other places other than my address, delivered to other apartment numbers and returned back. When I give instructions on where my apartment is and have my address and phone number correct on the delivery. Nobody calls me or they do call and want me to walk all the way to the front of my building to get my food that I tipped them to deliver to my house. Very disappointed

If you want raw, doughy pizza that makes you gag, order straightaway. Otherwise maybe go for a different location until someone else is in charge.

The manager need to be fired. I’m so tired of this restaurant, tired is an understatement. The pizza is always horrible, it taste like they baked it and let it sit then rebaked it. Ordered delivery. Used Domino Tracker. Pizza was in oven 2 minutes after I ordered and was baked and “quality checked” ten minutes later. It then sat for 40 minutes. I received pizza one hour after it was baked. Delivery person didn’t even have a bag to keep it hot. The pizza was cold. Never again Dominos. Deleted app. Terrible service terrible pizza. Rude 3hen I called to ask why I got a cold old pizza. They sure don’t live up to the commercials. Dominos used to be great. No more.

This is the first time I’ve ordered directly from the Dominos website. I live 0.4 miles from the store.

After placing the order at 10:18pm, 12 mins later the order was finished cooking & entered “quality check” at 10:30pm — where it then sat for 40 MINUTES before being taken out for delivery. That’s longer than the entire delivery estimate.

At this point, it took an additional 33 MINUTES to be delivered after numerous other stops.

I tipped $5+ for what should have been the quickest/easiest delivery ever.

The pizza arrived feeling old & slightly warm after waiting 90 minutes for a delivery promised in roughly “28-38 minutes.”

It felt as if the delivery driver was waiting for more orders to take out the door instead of just completing my order in the time promised. I could never order from this business again or recommend any friends after this experience.

P.S. — Please read the other many negative reviews here & see the pattern. This store is run very poorly, & they don’t care at all. You’ve just lost a potential new customer, & I shall be actively warning others of the terrible service here.

Do not order delivery!

Read any of the reviews and you'll see they are consistently late. The app will show the pizza is out and ready in a few minutes, but the food will not deliver.

I've tried this store twice now - thinking the first experience was a fluke.

Last night ordered with friends after a day of drinking and the food showed up 1.5 hours late. Had to call the store after an hour waiting for them to tell us that it would be 30 minutes. Not sure if they forgot the order, remade it, or severely understaffed. When the food showed up it was dry and luke warm.

I can understand the wait if they communicated more. Call if there is a delay and let the customer decide if they want to continue or cancel. I would have even drove to the store, if they mentioned it.
