Last night I ordered two specialty pizzas (no modifications for either) and both arrived without sauce. Just pizza crust, cheese, and toppings… two dry and inedible wastes of time. I especially hate that there’s no way to get a refund or fix the issue through the app. Won’t be ordering from this location again.

I placed an order with this Dominos and I waited 2 hours to get my food delivered and It never arrived after it said it was delivered to my doorstep. I tried to call the store and was left on hold for 10 minutes. I tried to call back and was hung up multiple times.

No manager that speaks English on a Saturday night in Austin? Completely unacceptable.Order didn’t arrive, called 3 times, was told to submit refund request online, couldn’t do that - only offered half off of our next order. Called again, asked for a refund and was told that they couldn’t do it because there was no manager there who spoke English to do the refund and that someone will call us back the next day?

2 hours to get a single pizza delivered. Hung up on when I tried to check on the order. Pizza was finally delivered and no one informed us or knocked so it was cold by the time we found it. Bottom tier dominos location oof

I was very clear about how i wanted my pizza's ALWAYS ask 4 easy sauce and this time it was loaded with pizza sauce. Then i ask for the special . I had 3 lg 2 topping's and i ask for black box and hand toss the pizza dough was so huge the ends and the pizza wasn't what i asked for the pizza had all sloppy not the AMOUNT OF TOPPINGS it was like a half cup of toppings some slices didn't have nothing on them just bread and sauce VERY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS VISIT.Parking: It's shared with other businesses but you are able to parkWheelchair accessibility: Yes the complex have ramps.

We have ordered from here multiple times and had issues the last two times. Last time, we got a free pizza to make up for the order. Tonight, we ordered 2 pizzas, one was the free pizza. This one was modified SPECIFICALLY to have NO sauce due to an allergy. Both pizzas that arrived had sauce. Customer support offered another free pizza to make up for it, but I no longer trust them to make it correctly. Oh yeah, and the other pizza we ordered tonight had the wrong toppings and sauce too! I don’t want any more free pizzas. I want a refund. Not trying to be a Karen—I work in food service—I’m just genuinely frustrated and upset by the lack of care going into making food right :(

Food is always tasty and the staff even more polite and professional. George went out of his way to help me out tonight. Give this man a raise! But in all seriousness, this is my favorite dominos location in Austin due to the consistency of the product and the outstanding service I receive. Thank you George! See y’all again very soon.
