Delivery driver was rude and did not read the 1 line directions that were requested when ordering! He called twice and did not want to meet at the location listed. Very rude and hing up twice when he called after repeatedly asking where we were. The employee was waiting on him at the area listed. Employees order Delivery regularly and we have the same directions everytime without a problem.

Never really like Domino's much sorry to say, but the New York style pizza is fantastic that's why I order now all the time and I'm probably ordered Domino's five times my life so I really didn't like the pizza regular pizza. But the New York sales at the bomb.

If I could leave this place ZERO stars I would I normally never have an issue but today was the most terrible/ disturbing experience. I will never order from this one again . Driver marked it as delivered when I asked why didn’t they knock she told me she didn’t get out of the car she was just confused called the store multiple times and was hung up on. Very professional people working at this pizza spot will be expecting a full refund

This location seemed to be a bit disorganized. The employees weren't very attentive to new customers coming in the door and the wait times for product seemed to be a bit too long.

Ordered my pizza and came at the time that it was scheduled to be ready. However when I arrived, nobody was staffing the front desk, no acknowledged, nothing! I thought that was so rude and unprofessional. Once I call some for assistance, which they all looked at me and two other customers.. and still didn’t move to server, welcome, acknowledged.. nothing’ they informed me that my order wasn’t event in prepared, although the screen stated 1-5 minutes… I had to wait 40 minutes for an ordered that was placed over an over already.. my complaint isn’t so much the time but the staff..

Welp...I gave in and tried the viral domino's philly pizza of 2024. I must admit it was delicious!! I've never stepped outside of a red sauce pizza but I see now that I've been missing out. I added jalapeños to mine for a little kick. It helped that online pizza orders were 50% off because if not it would've been approximately $24 with all the extra toppings. If you can catch a deal i say try it out. This is a pickup or delivery location only. The cashier was professional and had a great attitude.

The employees don’t know how to use gift cards, the messed up my three gift cards os 25$ each for a 15$ transaction. The cards now shows declined. Very disappointed.

Usually I have no problem ordering drivers are great, on time hot and fresh. Today on the other hand I place my order for a office lunch . It gets placed and then i get a call making sure that it is the right place I am getting it delivered too . Which has never happen to me before . End of story right no , about 20 min later I go to look at my phone I have two missed calls and a message the says my order has been canceled . I call the store apparently my driver was trying to was trying to contact me about delivery even through they have delivered to my job plenty of times before . The only reason i could explain the reason for all the extra was that I did not leave a tip online . Which sucks for the driver I had a nice cash waiting for them. Customer Service is Everything You Never Know
