The pizza is NEVER correct. It's very common for one to pay for a topping and it's surprisingly omitted. OR you request a mod and it's ignored. The pizza is great, but as a kitchen worker, pizza isn't hard. Just know if you have an order with no mods, it will be fine; HOWEVER, if you request anything other than one topping, expect issues.

We were very disappointed with the service received from this location during our recent order. When the delivery driver arrived, he refused to step out of his vehicle to bring the pizzas inside and repeatedly complained that we needed to provide a cart for him to place the boxes on, which is not our responsibility. His attitude was unprofessional and discourteous, and he even asked about his tip in an inappropriate manner.

Additionally, the pizzas were not cut into squares as specifically requested for all orders. This is not the first time we have encountered issues with this store — on a previous occasion, even the manager was dismissive and unprofessional when we tried to address a concern.

Our department frequently hosts large events and has regularly chosen this location for catering. However, after this experience, everyone agreed that we will be taking our business elsewhere. We will also be informing others across the college about the poor customer service from both management and delivery staff and recommending that they seek other options for their catering needs.

4 stars because whoever cut this pizza must’ve been high or something, who cuts pizza like thisssss!! Still hits tho! flavor 10/10

I’ve been to a lot of Dominos in my 29 years on this Earth… and this location is ELITE. I go here damn near biweekly and have never gotten a bad pizza or had a bad time. It’s super clean inside, I cherish this shop more than my relationship with my family.

I just waited almost 45-50mins for an order just for it to be cancelled after it had already said it was out for delivery. If the store didn't have a driver or workers I would've been more than happy to go pick it up myself but just cancelling after almost an hour of waiting is very unprofessional.

Excellent place! The staff is great, professional, friendly, the food is also great, while the atmosphere very welcoming.
The manager Pizza-T is outstandingly friendly, thorough, very patient and caring, going the extra mile and leading by example. The other staff, Ulises, shows similar professionalism. The order is completed in record time.
The location is very convenient. I strongly recommend this place!

I’m impressed. In order to keep up with the amazing pizza in Austin they’ve obviously stepped up their quality of ingredients. It’s especially noticeable in the sauce and the crust.

Got my pizza from a pretty rude delivery driver who couldn’t believe me that it was my pizza and when I finally got it THERE WERE SLICES MISSING!!! Would have no issue with subpar customer service but this isn’t acceptable I would never leave a review but the store has had me on hold for 10 minutes now. I will be there tomorrow to handle this and personally never give this store my business ever again.

Only one time out of 5-6 orders to this location have shown up without issue, and every single time it takes more than an hour. I’m a mile from the store. This time it was marked as delivered and no one knows where, even though I put the correct address and the business name. I understand being short staffed but don’t mark it as delivered when you’re nowhere nearby.
