Domino's Pizza

I ordered today, and they didn't deliver all the ordered items 😒 I called in to let them know, and they said they would send the driver with the item, and they never came 😑

just want to recognize the hard work the staff at this dominos does. it seems like they are pretty busy and working hard to get orders out. Appreciate them!

Please cut my pizza better, I am getting dominos because I don't want to use my kitchen. You've got me back here with a pizza cutter like I'm the artisan and not you. Tasted alright though.

Haven't eaten their pizza, yet. Just commenting on the delivery time. I received a noticed that the pizza had left dominoes. I live approximately 3-4 minutes away. According to google maps, a mere 0.8 miles away. My 5 minute delivery time turned into more than 25 minutes. I guess it's my fault for believing living so close meant that the delivery time would improve.

Ordered a pizza and other things. Order was 2 hours late. I called to see what was going on and was givin horrible customer service. Manager would not give his name. Told me “do you want the food or not”. Will never order from this dominoes again.

Ordered online. Driver left store and took over an hour. I called and canceled when the ETA moved to over 1.5 hours.

They cancelled my order after waiting a hour and a half for delivery….

Ordered from this location to deliver to Durham Dr—-tracker shows Jaiden left the store at 6:29pm and would be here in 13 minutes. It is now 7:13 pm and he is still shown on the tracker as being in the same spot/at the same house for 25 minutes. Never again!!

I placed an order for delivery. The delivery driver was extremely unprofessional and hostile. She proceeded to have an attitude from the first initial phone call for no reason. Because of this I decided to meet her to make it easier. Upon seeing here she provided my food and I let her know I was missing my drink which she stated that it was in her car. She then said “if you want it you can come down to get it”. After she said this I asked her for her name which she stated “I don’t have a name you can call me ‘IT’” After experiencing this I thought it best not to follow her anywhere. As I turned around to head back to my apartment she said “do you want it or not” which I replied with no thank you. This driver was very aggressive and hostile for no reason. I am unsure if she’s having a bad day or what but the way she was speaking to me was extremely disrespectful. Horrible experience with this person and when I called the store no one answered both of my calls.

I didn’t have any lunch today and was starving, I see the deal of 50% off of a large NY pizza 3 toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms & beef) and thought it was good. Ordered the pizza for car-side pickup.

I get to the place, get the pizza, didn’t check it because minios are starving at home too so I took off fast. Get home and this is the joke I got…almost no mushrooms and not beef at all…unless you called cat-treat-bites beef…shame on you whoever prepared this pizza! It’s not like I got if for free and I still tipped you even though I drove by to pick it up.

Lesson learned…check your pizzas before leaving the place people!

We’re always ordering pizzas for our events from this store, and I’m talking 20-30 pizzas sometimes. I think we’re going to start looking for better customer service at another place…Home Slice anyone?!

I heard excellent reviews about the place ... overall service was good but the amount of cheese was too low and I could see lot of patches where sauce can be see without pizza covering...
