I was in Austin for a conference and had to get some groceries during which we stopped for lunch at Donn’s Barbeque. I loved it. It was authentic, very reasonably priced and best of all the food was great. Definitely recommend.
We had a late Saturday morning, it was noon and Donns still serving breakfast ? Got the pancake platter and Barbacoa taco, everything was so yummy (forgot to get a pic) service exceptional, prices reasonable, you can also get your own coffee refills
Donn’s BBQ is soooooo good! You’ll miss it and drive right past it on the IH35 feeder road if you don’t know about it. I’ve been going there since almost a decade or more ago and Donn’s BBQ doesn’t disappoint. I had the two meat plate with brisket and pork ribs. For my sides, I had coleslaw and fried okra and let me tell you, it was so good that my mouth is salivating just thinking of it. Please go by and treat yourself to some good Texas BBQ!
