I really hate to do this because the employees are awesome! In orders a three meat bbq plate. It just wasn’t very good. Seemed as if the meat had been under a heat lamp for hours. All the meat was dried out and the ribs were practically burned. The baked beans tasted burned as well. I felt like it was a waste of $27. But to top it all off, the guy asked me if I wanted bread and I said yes. So he grabbed my bread with the hand with no glove on but had in a glove on his other hand. I was highly disappointed because this was my dinner

Food was good. Large menu with more than just bbq. Serve is counter order and you pick up your own food and bus your table, so no need for a tip. Service was friendly at the counter, but I don't understand these places that ask for a tip when you're doing all the work yourself. Atmosphere is drab. But I am handle that for good food.

I had a fantastic experience at Donn's Bar-B-Q! I tried the Tuesday special, which included spicy sausage, macaroni and cheese, and beans. The special also came with a drink, all for just $12. Great deal! I highly recommend this place.

Not only is their food delicious, the staff is truly kind and helpful. Can not recommend this place enough.
Location: Stink ( needs to be cleaned up) Service: If I could give a 0 star I would. The staff's taking the orders are rude. Food: This place needs to change their from a BBQ joint to just a spot for people go to have trashy food. This is the worst turkey BBQ I've ever order, not well seasoned, backed beans not cooked properly and long enough, Mac n Cheese tastes like something out the box. The BBQ sauce was watery. This is a NO if you know what real BBQ meal should look and tastes like

I live only a mile away and for the past year all the people have been telling me you got to try Don's BBQ, so I tried it a couple months ago with my kids one day when we're lazy and it was great. Today we got home after being on the road for a month and we were too lazy to cook and our AC needed time to work so we went out for dinner and just the atmosphere the cozy queen place the food was delicious just your small town barbecue shop it was perfect

Donns on 969, was good. Very interesting place. They start like a around early morning with breakfast with lots of breakfast tacos and Other breakfast staples... then launch comes around and they have barbecue along with the breakfast stuff. I believe.. I saw hamburgers, onion rings a large assortment of food. I had the 2 meat plate. Pork ribs and brisket is always my go to .. The potato salad was incredible, and the Charro beans were some of the best I've ever had. The brisket was good. Was just a touch more done than normal, but the flavor was excellent, and it was pretty tender. The pork ribs, the first 2 bigger ones, were pretty good, very tender, great flavor the third one was kind of an end piece and It was tough. They do use cattleman's barbecue sauce if you like barbecue sauce, and it is absolutely incredible. Although my Bud said it was too sweet for him. Overall, it's real good when you throw in the price. It's not a bad option at all. There was a lot of working guys in there. And they know they need a good value and some good fuel. Donns also had Blue Bell ice cream that they sell by the scoops and very interesting... Place been there since I think it was nineteen seventy eight, but the late seventies..
Texas Bar-b-Que, you just can't beat it. Donn's is always good and consistent. Friendly and fast! We go for business lunch quite often, whether at the Oakhill location or Austin or Webberville it's always great! Besides the barbecue, the burgers and onion rings are killer!

It was good! The fours are because it wasn't the greatest I have ever had but I will be back. Brisket was good the jalapeño sausage was good and the pork ribs weren't the best I've had but ok. Sides were awesome I had the potato salad and carrots beans. I do feel sides are small for price and if your gonna order a three meat plate it should come with three sides but still good food.
