Ordered the brisket nachos at first glance they looked decent I ate a few bites and found a hair within the nachos it made me feel sick instantly had to run to the toilet, I know it’s not the waitress fault but the manager could of been more helpful and not charge for them nachos.
Awesome 👌
Dos Salsas is the best Mexican food restaurant in the Austin & surrounding areas. If you haven't been, you are missing out. Not only is the food exceptional but the environment and staff are what really make it the best place to be in Austin.
Carlos was great tonight, went above and beyond. Everything came out exactly as ordered. He’s a kind-hearted human. Great location and good menus options. Music was a little low but maybe during the weekdays is diff. It felt quiet but overall, great experience and I’d come again.
Literally waited 10 mins at a table. I was looking around trying to get someone’s attention to take my order. We didn’t even get drinks or simple waters at this point. Ended up just walking out… 2 time being here. Terrible service and okay food
I visited Austin from out of town and really wanted to try some good Texmex food. Their Chile con queso was out of this world. I had a pomegranate margarita which was also great. I will definitely eat here every time I'm in Austin from now on!
Bartender was absent minded and took forever to get my 2nd drink. I wasn't checked on hardly at all. Overpriced.
the manager took away the margarita drink ordered for me by my dad when they previously allowed it and had no issue with it. and after that the manager stared at our table the entirety of our time there. very strange experience being watched by multiple employees while trying to eat dinner. food was mediocre. our waiter was attentive and nice though. do not come on friday nights as there's karaoke and it's LOUD!!!!

Visited Saturday 11/16/24 just after 11am with a group of friends visiting from out of town. I wasn't too hungry so I opted to share the chilaquiles with beef fajita with my friend. The plate came out, looked good but wasn't hot. I asked the server if they could heat it up, so he did. He brought it back hot after they microwaved it, including the crema. The fajita had a strange taste to it, the chips were soggy and it was a terrible dish. I couldn't eat it. So we thought we'd try our hand at dessert, "Fried Ice cream". That was also a disappointment. The only thing fried was the pastry the ice cream was sitting in covered in whipped cream. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I know Austin can do better than this. Would I visit this restaurant again? NO.

Excellent food, great server, questionable management (NOT customer friendly). My mother spilled her entire margarita (at first sip), our server offered to bring another one free of charge then apologetically said the manager refused it (?!). NOT something we're accustomed to being from Houston.

Big open dining area with outdoor seating. DJ was there on Saturday and music was not so loud you have to yell at each other. Big portions. Restaurant is on the second floor, but they do have an elevator. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator for second floor restaurant.

WORST HORCHATA EVER!!!! Don't even try it, very disappointing. The dj does a terrible job at mixing the music, one minute you're hearing Vicente Fernandez, and then the next song is the YMCA. The food is okay. My green enchiladas weren't spicy. The rice has enough seasoning, but the fajitas were plain. Great service and lovely staff.

Meant to visit here a while ago but never had the chance. Finally made it. Food was good, the atmosphere could be a little bit more Mexican and less sports bar. It wasn't bad but more authenticity. I had a beer and my wife had a pomegranate margarita. The margarita could've been a little stronger, almost tasted life a virgin drink. Overall we had a good time, the food didn't take long and it tasted fresh.
