We had high hopes after reading the glowing reviews. It took over 30 mins. Thats ok not a deal killer for fresh pizza. Dough is in the name but wasn’t noteworthy. It didn’t have any crisp. Undercarriage had no char. The fungi pizza was salty AF. So Slow, Salty and Stale was the taste. The vibe at the beer garden (parking lot) was really comfortable. Lots of fans and clean tables. They had one hard working guy doing it all. Maybe it was a bad visit or others here aren’t great pizza reviewers. 🫣

We just ordered some fries from this food truck as a snack while at the brewery. My mother in law has celiacs so she can’t have any gluten/wheat. We were told that their fries were gluten free so we ordered them. When they came out, they were breaded. Not a big deal as the other people in our party ate them up. However, Nick came over to our table and apologized and refunded us even though we told him not to. There just aren’t that many businesses out there anymore that have this level of customer service. Went way beyond what was needed and we really appreciated it. Not to mention their fries are incredibly delicious. Cheers Nick!

I've only eaten here twice, both times at peak crowdedness before Austin FC games. It's probably better every other night. Was decent the first time, but the next time it took over 45 minutes and the pizza was undercooked and overtopped, resulting in a squishy greasy mess.
The pizza is amazing!! The empanadas are very good too. Pizza is better than Home Slice.
