We just ordered some fries from this food truck as a snack while at the brewery. My mother in law has celiacs so she can’t have any gluten/wheat. We were told that their fries were gluten free so we ordered them. When they came out, they were breaded. Not a big deal as the other people in our party ate them up. I love dough squad. Pizza is delicious and service is friendly. If I could order online I would order it more. Worth a stop. The brewery has an excellent selection of beer and mixed cocktails.
