Food was amazing, the owner took great care of me, I asked him to recommend me something and I got the Ribs,Brisket and sausage and two amazing sides--This is a homerun-looking forward to coming back for the beef ribs
2nd time at Down South TX BBQ- 1st time was amazing, but my husband says consistency is key… and they did not disappoint. Brisket was moist and flavorful, and the beef rib is still the best I’ve had. Seasoned well with just the right amount of smoke. Mac &cheese and coleslaw were on point. While I thought the collard greens were a bit too salty for my palette, my husband insists they were amazing. Friendly and helpful staff- we highly recommend this gem.
Brisket was amazing and the ribs were just sliding off the bone. Corn, potato salad, beans, and Mac and cheese were delicious. These folks know what they're doing with some BBQ and I'll be back for sure!
