Hiring a caterer was the most difficult part of the wedding planning process, but Dream Event made that decision so easy the moment we hired them. They were well in our budget and had so many food options that included Latin American cuisine that wasn’t just fajitas. During the food tasting they provided us with so many delicious foods to try and provided us with detailed information about what comes included with all their services, and their diligence in accommodating food restrictions/allergies really captured my heart (I'm a fellow girly with gut issues and have family members with dietary restrictions). They were also able to add in a couple of items like street corn and piña and sandia aguas frescas to provide some more Mexican antojitos during our wedding.
Come wedding day, the food was outstanding—our guests raved about the braised beef with chimichurri salsa, the chipotle chicken and the insanely good street corn. The meat itself was so soft and juicy and people kept going back for more. The staff was professional and efficient the entire day, making sure everything ran smoothly and the tables were kept clean. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent, and the beautiful presentation of the food added a lovely touch to our reception. Overall, the quality of food and service exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend Dream Events for anyone looking for exceptional catering!

We finally found Lisa and set up a tasting. OMG. Everything was so delicious so we booked them. In addition, I had a wedding guest with a pretty difficult allergy and thy were super easy and eager to accommodate her. They even went as far as to chatting with the guest directly to make sure all allergy needs were being met.
We were a bit nervous about how a large event would work in terms of the taste and quality of the food, but we had guests ranting and raving over how delicious everything was. We even did the sweets bar with them and again, everything was incredible and guests would not stop talking about how great the food was.

I have a family full of particular eaters, and we all agreed we've never had more amazing food at a wedding. The food was hot, amazingly flavored, and all around perfect. If you want your guests to be talking for weeks about how fantastic the food at your wedding was, hire Dream to cater. Every single person at our wedding RAVED about the food. The team at Dream is so kind and great to work with. There was great communication throughout the planning process, and an attention to detail I really appreciated. At our tasting, they really took their time explaining everything to us, from how appetizers would be served to how the signature drinks would work. We chose a buffet style dinner and had a few dietary restrictions that they seamlessly accommodated. Multiple guests were disappointed when we told them Dream is not a restaurant, because they wanted to eat there again and again. It’s also worth mentioning they are a more affordable option than all the other places we looked at, which is crazy to me since their food is so incredible. Highly, highly recommend!

We booked Dream Events for catering, table setting, florals, and bartending for our wedding. I give the catering 5 stars, but the florals and bartending just 2 starts each. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS and the table settings were real china and linens which we loved! We would re-book over and over again for those two things.For the bartending, the drink selection, pricing, and service was good. However, I wish there had been something special like real glassware, custom ice, or custom napkins included. It was just a real basic open bar and the pricing was expensive for what you got. The cocktail options they presented to us sounded better than they actually looked or tasted. But it got the job done, I guess.For the florals, we designed table arrangements, bride's bouquet, and bridesmaid bouquets. We were happy with everything except the bride's bouquet. It photographed pretty, but wasn't at all what I asked for. Besides roses and greenery, I asked for traditional orchids that hang and a loose, round arrangement. What I got was roses and greenery with little teeny tiny "orchids" sticking out all over the bouquet which was shaped in a round, tight arrangement. I was also told that someone would deliver the bride bouquet to me on the wedding day so that I could give feedback and it could be adjusted to my liking. That did not happen. My photographer actually ended up bringing it to me after taking photos of it. So somehow it was intercepted before it got to me. We never saw the people who delivered the florals at all. They were just dropped off and set up with no input from us, which we were told would happen.
