We recently used Dream for our wedding and couldn’t have had a better experience. Wedding food doesn’t always have the best reputation, but Dream completely changed that for us. Everything we tried at the tasting was great, and it was somehow even better on the actual day. The staff was professional, friendly, and just easy to work with. I can’t recommend them enough.

We used Dream events for florals and catering at our recent wedding and were very pleased with our experience. I enjoyed how hands-on and detailed the planning process was so there were no surprises. That said, I do think I could’ve been more explicitly clear on a few things, like asking them to use the wine glasses we rented vs defaulting to using the monogrammed plastic cups, but the staff was amenable and took feedback well in the moment and everything turned out great. They were committed to making sure the evening went perfectly. The food was very good and the florals and decor came out beautifully.

We used Dream Events for our catering and floral at our wedding 10/10/25. I have nothing negative to say. The day went without a single bump in the road and Dream was amazing to work with. From the start of communication, they were prompt, knowledgeable, and detail oriented! My flowers ended up looking amazing, and catering was fantastic. My husband and I opted for a private dinner during cocktail hour so we could walk around and mingle with guests while they had dinner, and people were RAVING about the food. Adding vegetarian and gluten free meals was simple, and one of our vegetarian guests said she would order her plate at a restaurant if given the chance. The appetizers were great, served warm, and crowd pleasers. (Mac and cheese shooters and spinach artichoke tarts) my favorite thing that we had was the mashed potatoes. The leftovers were gone by the next morning. My favorite thing about Dream is the people! I loved meeting with Caesar, Sergio, and Lisa. They were focused on making sure we got exactly what we wanted and guided us in the right direction when we didn’t know what would be best for our venue/guests/etc. On the big day, all staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our bartenders were super fast and attentive to all guests. Our wedding was absolutely perfect and I know Dream Events played a huge role in that. ❤️

A huge shoutout to Lisa Sutton for her outstanding customer service, she always responded so promptly to all of my (many) questions and handled every single change to our contract with patience and professionalism, even up to just two weeks before the big day.
One of the biggest highlights for us was that Dream Events offered a complimentary tasting, which was such a pleasant surprise since most of the other caterers we looked into didn’t. The food at the tasting was absolutely delicious, and it tasted just as amazing on our wedding day! We received so many compliments from our guests about how good everything was which meant a lot, especially since we served tacos and most of our guests are from San Antonio (where the taco standards are pretty high).
The catering staff also went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. They personally checked on us several times to make sure we had plenty to eat and even offered to grab anything else we needed. Their kindness and attention to detail really stood out and made the whole experience seamless.
Dream Events truly exceeded our expectations in every way. Incredible food, stellar service, and such a wonderful team to work with!

From the minute we began working with Dream Events, they made our planning time easy. My partner and I are both vegetarians and we assumed that our caterers would make a special meal for us. Instead, they created a vegetarian meal good enough to put on our main menu - and it was such a hit! Not only that, but they saved horderves for me and my husband because we were busy during cocktail hour and wanted to make sure we ate (they also sent us home with multiple meals to enjoy in the hotel room at the end of the night). Our guests raved about the food and the service during cocktail hour and dinner!
