I grew up on Dunkin’ in New England. I’m so glad we have a location here in Austin (Belterra). Anytime the drive-thru has been slow for me it was because someone ahead had an ice cream order. They make iced coffee quick and on the rare occasion I have had a problem with an order they fix it super fast. In my experience the drive thru team is always friendly.

The place is a little small inside it feels cramped when you want to sit and eat. The staff are so friendly though and super sweet. They interacted with my children Wich was nice 🙂. The place is very clean Wich is also a plus.

doordashed from this location and only got ONE of the donuts I ordered. They filled the box with plain powdered cake donuts which I hate instead of letting my dasher know they were out of the ones I ordered. So instead of communicating they just decided to fill the box with nasty powdered donuts. Will never order from here again.

We got to Dunkin' Donuts an hour before they closed. The selection was not big but at the end of it all they let us walk out of the store with a dozen donuts for free

Great location, cozy atmosphere inside. I only had a drink, a matcha latte, which was made quite well. The staff were friendly, especially the lovely lady who served me. I didn’t try any of donuts. It’s a nice spot to enjoy coffee or matcha. The view from the window adds to the experience. Also great place to sit down and get some work done.

Unfortunately, this Dunkin' location leaves a lot to be desired. They seem to be out of donuts on a regular basis, which is disappointing for a donut shop. The customer service here isn’t the greatest either, and my husband has even questioned the freshness of their donuts—he’s wondered if they might be day-old at times. If you’re looking for quality donuts and coffee, there are better options nearby.

I visited the Belterra Location this morning , wanting to treat myself for my birthday. Drive Thru worker is lacking on customer service skills. If you’re having a bad day, please don’t bring your attitude to work. You can make or break someone’s day because you may be the first contact. I will say you broke mine! Great Customer Service is key to a Successful Business!

I door dashed from Dunkin and selected to have different donuts for example strawberry with sprinkles, chocolate glazed etc. Not only did I not receive anything I got bland, stale tasting glazed Donuts. This was very disappointing and I will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed a large donut order in person so I could build a donut tower for my son's birthday. The order included jelly donuts - his favorite and only birthday request. I was assured it would be ready on time the next day and paid in advance with a pickup time. Next day pickup, and not only was it not prepared, the crew seemed confused an order had been placed at all even though it took them 10 seconds to locate on their order clipboard. I was left scrounging up their leftovers putting me behind schedule - and the majority of items requested had sold out including the one jelly donut my son had requested.
And when they promised they would provide some kind of reimbursement for my order, the cashier verbally said they would give me donuts next time as if they would remember. I asked if they were going to provide that in writing. She disappeared in the back. After waiting 5-10 minutes and already running late from reordering, I had to leave to get to the birthday. No call (phone number on the order sheet), no follow-up, no oops we didn't even bother to put together your order. SO disappointing and the donuts were just ok.

Everyone in here needs to be fired. Every single time I go here there’s a problem with either the food, the preparation, or they don’t have it. The service is extremely poor and they don’t listen to anything. If you don’t like your job, honey you don’t have to work here! Go do something else. This is extremely disheartening to someone that is not from Texas and Dunkin is a huge staple in daily lives. This location needs to do better. The very low Google score is for a reason. HELLO DISTRICT MANAGER ARE YOU OUT THERE?? Please resurrect this Dunkin. Dutch bros just opened up across the street, guaranteed you will lose all of your business.
