I door dashed from Dunkin and selected to have different donuts for example strawberry with sprinkles, chocolate glazed etc. Not only did I not receive anything I got bland, stale tasting glazed Donuts. This was very disappointing and I will not be ordering from this location again.

I placed a large donut order in person so I could build a donut tower for my son's birthday. The order included jelly donuts - his favorite and only birthday request. I was assured it would be ready on time the next day and paid in advance with a pickup time. Next day pickup, and not only was it not prepared, the crew seemed confused an order had been placed at all even though it took them 10 seconds to locate on their order clipboard. I was left scrounging up their leftovers putting me behind schedule - and the majority of items requested had sold out including the one jelly donut my son had requested.
And when they promised they would provide some kind of reimbursement for my order, the cashier verbally said they would give me donuts next time as if they would remember. I asked if they were going to provide that in writing. She disappeared in the back. After waiting 5-10 minutes and already running late from reordering, I had to leave to get to the birthday. No call (phone number on the order sheet), no follow-up, no oops we didn't even bother to put together your order. SO disappointing and the donuts were just ok.

Everyone in here needs to be fired. Every single time I go here there’s a problem with either the food, the preparation, or they don’t have it. The service is extremely poor and they don’t listen to anything. If you don’t like your job, honey you don’t have to work here! Go do something else. This is extremely disheartening to someone that is not from Texas and Dunkin is a huge staple in daily lives. This location needs to do better. The very low Google score is for a reason. HELLO DISTRICT MANAGER ARE YOU OUT THERE?? Please resurrect this Dunkin. Dutch bros just opened up across the street, guaranteed you will lose all of your business.

Dunkins is normally my favorite place to go to but this place puts its name to shame.. Customer service is not friendly and food quality is poor. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and this is what I got never coming back again!

Do not bother ordering any of their breakfast sandwiches. Simply put they are gross. My husband and I both received cold sandwiches. The cheese was not even melted. They forgot our donuts in our order as well. Trying to order was a feat all on its own. My husband asked if they had jelly filled donuts. The girl answered "yes" with no further details. So he tried to order a lemon filled. She answered "we don't have that." So he ordered a cherry filled. She answered "We don't have that." Well what the hell do you have???? We are having to guess. She finally said "We only have raspberry filled." Well, you could have let me know that!!!
Our order came out to $44 and some change. My 11 year old refused to eat his kolaches saying they were cold and uneatable. At the end of this miserable experience we had to walk inside from the drive through and get our Boston Creme filled donutes they forgot. I hate to say it, but they were barely filled, mostly donute.
The very sad thing is I am sure these employees are making $15/hour for terrible service, cold gross food and a terrible experience. Keep in mind folks that machine shop workers only make $15/hour and they actually know a skill. Bring back minimum wage if we are only going to get minimum wage service.

Super nice staff! They were very busy but kept their composure and were very pleasant. I've been looking for a Dunkin Donuts since moving to Texas and I will be back again!

I’m so incredibly disappointed! I went out of my way to surprise my kids with donuts and kolaches this morning. I get home to find out half my order was missing!I did not get the kolaches I ordered and paid for. The box of donut holes had no taste and were stale! They don’t come close to Shirley’s donuts!! Never again!I proceeded to call more than 10 c times to tell them and get credit or something. No one answered. Not even 1 or 2 hours later! Bad customer service all around! Shirley’s customer for life now!
