I know that the stereotype with Dunkin is you’ll never know how your coffee is going to taste even when you get the same exact one every time, and I can live with that… but WAYYYYY too many times have I been served uncooked breakfast foods. The wrap I got this morning… the cheese is still cold and the tortilla is completely raw. The food was never heated up. Again, this isn’t a one off occurrence, this has been multiple times.

OMG! What a disappointment! Visiting my daughter and wanted a good cup of coffee. Ordered coffee with sugar (person said they make it with 4 sugars). I assumed that would be moderately sweet but no, it was syrupy sweet. Decided to try the Sourdough Toast Sandwich. That was bad. The “toast” was soft squishy bread not toasted at all. Flavor was not good. Will not order from Dunkin again.
