We don't visit Dunkin very often, but this wasn't a good experience and reminds me why we don't. This visit was only drive-thru, FYI.All the food was burnt in some form or other. Also, there is a very strange, toxic, plastic aftertaste and smell on all of the "baked" foods (sandwiches, hash browns, bagels). I researched and everyone seems to think it comes from the ovens they use? Yuck! This is the most concerning part of the issues we experienced. My cappuccino was literally less than half full - I realize this is due to the foam "falling" but that means more than half my cup was filled with foam? How is that right? The coffee at Starbucks is better. And did we order donuts? Yes we did. Were they handed to us through the window? No. We had to remind them about the half dozen donuts we ordered.

Total garbage. Don't waste your money here! These people at Dunkin served a burnt breakfast sandwich to customer and was okay with that.

Once a month we purchase kolaches here for our company meeting of 24 people. Its typical that the parking is always limited but the drive thru is always open. Sometimes I get asked to park upfront to get my order if they are busy. Today with no one in the drive thru and a full parking lot I am told that I have to park and come in. The employee is reluctant to take my order saying I have to come in. Well then I take my business to Rosas Cafe down the street. Never stopping here again, ridiculous and you still ask for tips after service like this.

They keep their own hours as to when they decide to open, don't bother showing up at 5:30am like they say, they're probably not open until 6:15

Went to get coffee this morning, there’s a sign on the order screen that reads “No Sausage, No bacon, No eggs, No caramel.. Don’t ask if we have them, this sign is here for a reason.” I mean, I get it but.. maybe we can work on our customer service?? Or order properly so guests don’t have to ask? Idk, just my thought

My child wanted to eat kolache, we arrived at this store at 7:35 pm and the clerk told us he couldn't sell it. A bad experienceAgain in this place and a bad experience Lobby closed, if you don't have a car you won't be able to buy? With 3 or 4 people in service

Nobody waited on me after being there for about 5 minutes. I asked could someone help me no one answered me. I asked again was there anyone could help me and still no one answered me. So I was walking out 2 employees that had walked outside when I going in the store was coming as I was going out and the male employee asked had I ordered. I said no one would wait on me and kept walking out.

It's not even a Dunkin' Donuts like I know in New England, they told me they don't make croissant sandwiches or coolattas at all.
