If I could give it 0 stars I would. Walked in today 11/30/2025 at 1:55pm. Two people were working and only focusing on the drive thru. We were not greeted or acknowledged. Waited for over 10 minutes to be helped but had no luck & decided to leave. There are far better coffee places in Austin to be dealing with this nonsense.

20 years living in Austin, Have known about this location and coming this morning, I remarked that they were out of donuts: all three types of donuts we tried to order they did not have on a Sunday morning- even glazed.... And got told by unprofessional gentleman at the window how rude I am!!!!??... Maybe realize it if you're serving donuts that Sunday morning would be your busiest traffic time and have enough inventory??
Whoever owns this franchise should know that their clients are being berated by their staff
This is the second time I’ve been to this location and sat in the drive through for almost 5 min AT THE ORDER BOX! A line of cars stacked behind me to the street honking and furious that I was taking so long to make my order. The last time I sat there and the same occurred I pulled up to the window as I assumed the intercom was inoperable. I was greeted by a rude lady making sideways comments about how I’m supposed to order at the menu board outside. How would a patron know the system is in working order if you don’t even get a “I’ll be with you in a moment” or any other signs of life. This rant may be because I skipped my at home coffee for Dunkin coffee and now I’m on no coffee but it’s without a doubt a problem.

They forgot my bacon on my breakfast sandwich but they remade the sandwich and gave me extra bacon. Pretty neat.

Really struggled to get my order here. Was not allowed to order by donut, was told I had to first tell them how many I wanted and pay which is not easy when you order for a group of kids. Nor is it how I have ever ordered at any Dunkin or any donut shop ever. Then while we were ordering he kept getting confused when we called the donuts by name which ones we were meaning and kept putting the wrong ones in the box. It was very confusing and frustrating and not a great experience. In the end, half of us didn't even get what we actually wanted but we finally gave up cause well, donuts are donuts I guess and we had to go.
