My question is why is there a sexual flag inside Hanging in there when I brought the kids in that’s not a patriotic flag that’s not anything but a sexual flag that’s what it represents. They don’t have an American flag in there they don’t have anything except for a rainbow flag, there’s more of us than y’all. I don’t like the fact that my kids are asking questions and what that sexual flag represents please take that down immediately thank you two a lot of people..fyi perversion flag or better known as a sexual flag. No American flag just that mental health flag the fact that they told me that corporate won’t do anything and everyone in there had green hair and you could tell what kind of people they actually were the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life like they did not care about their job or the customer or anything go in there and tell me that that’s good customer service there There is nothing good about this place.

Thank you to Sam, Lucien, Daphene, Des, and Margarita for being the absolute best morning crew around. Always great, store is immaculate and the service is always to shelf. Rare to find these days, a crew that actually cares! Kudos to management or owners for creating an atmosphere where people feel like they matter!!

UPDATE: had to go down a star, they've changed the apple fritter. It's not that good anymore. Only good thing left is coffee. I'll have to find a new donut shop. Too bad.My issue with this location is the menu. They literally offer less than half of the donuts on the DD's menu. I mean donuts are supposed to be what their thing so why so few varieties? Really sucks cause the next closes location is 20 min away.

I used to have this location be my go to, but they have definitely been giving less than mediocre service and quality of the DD expectation! BB muffins are never fully cooked throughout and the sugar is typically wet and melted to a soggy texture when given to you even first thing in the morning. The coffee is hot or miss, at times you will get a nice hot cup of coffee that's fresh and made the way you want it at other times it tastes like the coffee has been sitting there overnight cold that they may have microwaved for all of about 30 seconds and tastes like, mind you this is first thing in the morning when they first open! The morning is your best chance to get a do over and MAYBE get it right, but the afternoon, FORGET IT, service is horrible and the attitudes are horrendous. This location definitely needs New Management!

Was excited to find DD in Austin but rude employees. Cancelled my order.

This place is a hot mess. First off half of their drive thru screen doesn’t work. So you can’t see what food they have if you want to order food. But the real reason why I’m writing this review is because I’ve been here TWO times now and both times my food I ordered has been ice cold!!!!! Like half of the sandwich will be warmed up but the sausage or egg they put on it is ICE COLD like it’s been sitting out for days!!! Disgusting!!!! I won’t be returning to this location.

America runs on Dunkin!!!! LolI'm from Massachusetts and moved here in 2009. Us Massholes are OBSESSED with DD and when I fist moved here I didn't have one near me. Now I love 5 mins from one and go all the time! Consistent delicious coffee. Super friendly service almost every time I go. AND they made my all time favorite flavor, butter pecan, a permanent flavor not just seasonal. Amazing!

I ordered through uber eats for 4 chocolate Donuts , if the store was out of stock for what I ordered they should've just canceled my order instead of giving me this crap. I wasted my money , this is absolutely unacceptable.
