Worker is rude, and they didn’t want to give me the actual order complete. I asked if I could add something on my order and they yelled at me to go around because there’s too many customers when there was only 2 people behind me. I find it completely unprofessional that y’all let these workers get bad publicity and still WORK IN THIS WORKPLACE. I saw them standing around not doing ANYTHING !, they were giggling and doing “TikTok’s”. I will be suing this company for damage in my person, my food, and the service everyone deserves. Respectfully, I don’t agree with how y’all let the employees manage the store. If people won’t speak up, I will.

I waited forever just to be attended, and when I finally was, a big female employee was unbelievably rude, aggressive, and had a terrible attitude. She seemed frustrated the entire time, like she couldn’t be bothered with me. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will never come back and strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I’ve been here it’s never been very good unfortunately. For some reason, this Dunkin’ just doesn’t make their food/drinks like others do. It’s the closest to my house and that’s the only reason I ever go.

workers are incredibly rude. we went up to the drive thru & received a “what do you want?” - then, once at the window to get our food, we weren’t even sure if we had received everything we had ordered because they didn’t bother even saying “have a good day” after giving us our items. it doesn’t take much to be nice & this dunkin location needs to do better at that.

Workers are… 90% rude and 10% extremely nice. Like 1 out of 10 times you get someone really nice but majority of the time they’re not nice and make you feel like you’re a burden. Donuts and coffee are good though
The store didn't have cinnamon rolls

I would put zero stars but that was an option. I went to get a refresher and was told the price was 2 dollars higher than the posted menu price. And when I asked why the lady responded because of the lemonade to which I replied it says the price right on the menu. The lady then comes out of the restaurant and says “oh that’s the app prices” so I asked then why is it posted on the menu? She very condescendingly responded “that’s clearly a mistake”. I then said that’s false advertising and she again, very condescendingly and speaking over me told me have a nice day and walked off. Very rude, and they’re the ones lying to the public with false pricing. No where on the menu does it explicitly state this is app only prices.

Sorry that the Apple Fritters are not near what they were. Pitiful. Higher prices, quality less. I used to be a frequent customer, not any more.

Dear Dunkin’ Corporate Team,
I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding an unpleasant experience I had at one of your Dunkin’ Donuts locations in Austin, TX, on the morning of June 14, 2025.
I am a loyal Dunkin’ customer visiting from New York, and I made a special effort to visit your store—driving 45 minutes with my wife, kids, and father—only to be met with extremely poor service from the on-duty manager named Dayja.
From the start, Dayja’s attitude was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. Her behavior made our visit extremely uncomfortable. When I politely asked to speak with her manager, she initially refused to provide any contact information. After repeated requests, she eventually gave me the name “Tae” and stated that Tae never answers her phone and would only be available at the store at 7 AM the next day. Her tone and unwillingness to assist were unacceptable.
Despite ordering twice, we were made to wait an excessive amount of time without explanation—almost an hour in total—which felt intentional and disrespectful. This experience not only ruined our morning but also left a negative impression on your brand, especially considering how much we usually enjoy Dunkin’.
I would like this matter escalated to higher management or corporate. I request a follow-up regarding how this situation is being addressed and what steps are being taken to ensure better customer service in the future. I plan to return to the store tomorrow morning to speak with the manager Tae in person, but I also want to ensure this issue is documented and acknowledged at the corporate level.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
