My drink was good and the workers were friendly but do not stop here if you’re in a rush. While it’s a drive thru coffee shop, I probably waited around 15 minutes for my drink.

I've been going to Dutch bros for over a year and I've always had a great experience. I never had a drink order mess up or anything but today I went to their newest location on Ben White and it was a disaster. Rude customer service and they got my order wrong I ordered a small and they charged me for a medium. Not to mention it was hard to enter the line. This won't stop me from going but I think I will stick to the location on Menchaca.

First time to visit and I’m an admitted coffee snob. Service at the drive through was perfect as well as at the window. Happy positive people! But it fell short on the actual drink which is the bottom line for me. I ordered an oat milk cookie butter latte and was told that the medium size had two shots of espresso. But the medium drink was fairly large and I couldn’t taste the espresso at all… it just didn’t taste like much of anything. I don’t think I’ll revisit. I debated on how many stars to give but the employees were so sweet and enthusiastic that I bumped it up to two.

Came on Friday & it was great! Came on Sunday morning & it was a completely different story. We were instructed to enter through the wataburger and waited for 10 mins and right before we were able to order we were told to leave the parking lot and enter a different way and they would “hold our spot” which didn’t make sense to us because we were next to order. Ended up just getting coffee from whataburger. Overall very confusing and frustrating experience. Hope they get their line situation figured out.

i have been waiting for this dutch bros location to open up since its closer to home! stopped by for opening day and was met with fast & friendly service, we were in & out of that line in under 5 min & the drinks were phenomenal of course. keep up the amazing hospitality !
