Good service, inconsistent output. Ordered a large kicker with 2 extra shots and I’m not sure there’s any coffee in it at all. Just tastes like Irish cream and is very light in color.

Today the person working the line (09/04, 10:30 AM) added a tip without my consent. She told me the price, which was a dollar more than normal, and I was confused as my drink is always a specific price, then didn’t show me the tip option. I was shocked when it happened, but this was not appropriate and left a bad taste in my mouth. Usually love this DB, consistent with my drinks and friendly, but didn’t like this.

I love y’all, but if I place a mobile order and go to pick it up and you tell me you are getting started on it now and make me wait 10 mins, what’s the point of placing a mobile order if I have to wait like ppl that are in the driveway. Please do better, this has happened to me 3 times. And it’s very frustrating especially when you’re headed somewhere and don’t have the time to wait.

Terrible service. I told them the specifications when I placed the order and saw how they were making the drink. I asked them to change it and all they did was use a dirty spoon to take out the liquid I didn't want and hand it to me in a bad way and turned around and didn't give me a straw... especially someone with blue hair.

Today was hard. I went through the drive thru for one last Pup Cup for my 12 yr old lab before she was put to eternal rest. Thank you to the barista that took my order and gave me her final cup on him. That was too sweet. And Sweetie Anne loved it. Thank you for being her final treat before she crossed the rainbow bridge.
