Everytime I ask for a small with no ice they insist on a cold pour witch most people would like however I mean just no ice. They overfill to cup making it spill all over the car. It's annoying, please, just no ice.
Other than that they are nice to my dogs so there is that.

This location damaged my car. When you order through the drive thru, you car has too go over what looks like a speed bump. It is too high and too short and my car undercarriage got hit really bad. My car is stock.

I absolutely love this Dutch Bros location! The staff here is always so friendly and sweet, making each visit a great experience. Jay is especially kind and always brightens our day with their awesome customer service. Every drink I’ve had has been consistently delicious, and it’s become my favorite spot to grab a drink. Highly recommend this location for both the great drinks and the wonderful people!

Love the people. Love the coffee. We are former Starbucks folks so.
My biggest pet peeve comes from the fact that we finally used the mobile order service …. Yet still had to wait in the line. We can’t pick up from the window, which I understand with the limited parking. However, what’s the point of making a mobile order and still waiting in line for 15 minutes - meaning my drink has potentially been sitting for 20+ min.?
Was hoping this experience was better than Starbucks. ?
Round two (LIVE): I have to emphasize, we love the staff and our drinks are always amazing. Would just love a tweak in efficiency in the mobile order department.
We didn’t do an online order in fear of having to wait in line as if we placed are order upon arrival. However, it seems today as if those who order online are receiving their drinks and are able to pull out of the line. The turn is tight and I can understand the hesitation of staff from letting people do this but really it’s doable for normal sized vehicles. It does take collaboration from the vehicle at front and the vehicle leaving the line.
Might try mobile order in the future in hopes this is really what was happening today.

This location specifically was way too small of a plot to build a very popular coffee stop. The lines are all over the place. You get trapped in parking spots for well over 10-15min because either no one is paying attention to you trying to leave or they are jerks and not wanting to allow you to leave so they can hold the line. Love Dutch bros but location and development of layout is crucial. Just opened and already two fender benders.
