Cold brew is great and my kids love the frozen lemonade. The service is phenomenal. Food choices are limited but that's fine. Like everything these days it would be great if it was a little cheaper but that's a societal problem. It's a great addition to the neighborhood.

This Dutch usually always makes my drink perfectly and if anything is wrong is quick to fix or remake <3 I usually get a white coffee fireball shot latte and noticed a girl making it with sugar sprinkles after pulling the shot instead of combining the white coffee and cinnamon together not sure if that’s how it’s usually made but didn’t want to ask to have it remade again! They aren’t as chatty or anything as other shops which I kind of miss from Dutch but I think they’re slowly getting rid of that.

I just had a drink and I told The person who took my order that I don’t know what I need, but I need something with low sugar with coffee flavor. I got the coffee flavor, but the drink was too sweet. And he didn’t give me the chance to taste it. It was just like take it and that’s it. Thank you. Have a good day without asking me if I like it or not I was embarrassed to tell him it is too sweet. I think he have to give me the chance to taste it in case I didn’t like it because I know Dutch Bros has one of the best customer service And I already did the same before a month or so there was a girl she was so nice very friendly and she said since it was your first time we are not going to charge you we can’t do this so this guy needs to calm down and make sure customers like the drink since I don’t know what I was needing to sit and I throw it away. It is too too sweet last time. I told the lady and it was perfect so seems this guy doesn’t know what he’s doing or he needs training

my personal problem!!
honestly I come here so often, I live next door! I love it!! people are great, service is fast and I've never had a problem with my drinks but lately I have been ordering a No sugar Vanilla protein latte at the window and they seem to always mess up my order??? last time they gave me a hopscotch protein latte and they did it again this time? I just don't get it maybe it's too loud and they can't hear me but honestly it's just like why?? to me lol. Hopscotch and no sugar vanilla are no where close to be able to make that mistake AND it defeats the whole purpose when I'm too shy to say that it's not actually my order. other than that, the drive thru people are great!!

Had to revise my review because this is unacceptable.

I visited early morning before work this week like I always do and asked to have my app scanned prior to payment. The employee pointed the iPad towards my phone and I went about my day. Mind you, the employee had a bit of an attitude but I typically don’t care since people have the right to be miserable and I’m not letting them ruin my day so early. It’s been a few days and my points had not updated so I checked my “recent orders” tab and see that the order from that day didn’t show up. This means that the employee PRETENDED to scan my app and was hoping I would not notice. This is completely unacceptable and could be consider theft. It’s really unfortunate that I have to go out of my way to visit a different location but these people really need to check their attitudes and be retrained. Dutch is suppose to be a fun experience and if not that at least a civil and respectful one. I am truly disappointed at this employee’s behavior and they have been reported.

Been going to the one at Ed Bluestein. Have to say it’s been the best one especially at 5am. Top tier crew I forgot the girl who helps me name but she is awesome . Didn’t make the sticker drop and she gave me her own sticker the day after 😁. 5 stars everyday
