Best Chinese I've had in Austin! Will definitely be ordering again! Hot and sour soup was incredible, cream puffs and sesame chicken was also delicious!

Extremely slow service, waited for about a good 20 minutes to order after we were seated, and when we finally got to order the waiter was nonchalant and couldn't be bothered. The chicken was so bland and the shrimp tasted like garbage for a lack of a better word. I couldn't even leave because I had to wait even more to pay. The best part of my experience with this restaurant was getting out. Will definitely not be coming here ever again in my life.

Changed management a while back. Returned because the last management was terrible. New management is great, menu is great, with several authentic dishes. Have had several things here, all were delicious. Owners and employees are all very nice, warm, and courteous. Only reason why I am not giving 5 stars is that, while always good, the food is a little inconsistent sometimes. Sometimes it's missing that zing it usually has.

I will not be returning after what happened after my most recent visit to Dynasty. First, the service was kind of slow and I had to flag someone down to take my order. I didn't really think much of it since they were busy. The food was still good. My complaint was when it came time to pay the check the waitress took my credit card. When she walked over to register to process payment the guy at the front counter said something to her then she brought my check back to me and told me that there was a $10 minimum for a credit card payment and wanted to know if I had any cash. I told her I did not because I do not carry cash with me and she pressed the issue to the point that it got pretty uncomfortable. Basically at this point I just said "I'm sorry but I just have my credit card that is what I can pay you with" and she finally processed my payment. There was no information about a $10 credit card minimum being posted anywhere I could see, not at the counter or in the front of the restaurant, or their website. There hadn't been a minimum before when I had eaten there two weeks prior or the time before that or the time before that or you get the drift. I guess I was just supposed to magically know? Really weird situation that pretty much turned me off of going back. There are many other places in the area with comparable, if not better Chinese food, that don't hassle you about your payment choice. *In response to the owner, there was most certainly NOT a sign posted at the register when I went. It may have been added later but it was NOT there at the time of my visit.*
