I made 4 separate orders using a $5 reward on each order that I earned from each time I spent $50 here. The restaurant confirmed the order and then by the time I arrived had cancelled it. I called to see what the issue was and the lady on the phone said you can’t use that promotion that many times at once even tho I earned each coupon individually for each time I spent $50 she said 2 times would be fine. I went to make another order but they removed each item that I ordered from the menu. I went inside to talk to a manager and after 20mins of beng ignored I asked if someone was coming and the hostess said management was busy despite the restaurant being mostly empty and then when I explained my problem the hostess said she’s not a manager so she can’t help. Extremely cheap and inconsiderate.

We enjoyed the $2 nigiri, sushi rolls, and udon! Service was friendly and food came out fast.
Everything was pretty tasty. The Brussel sprouts were a bit too saucy.
My lychee coconut mojito was light but tasty.
Recommended!

Absolute trash service. Atmosphere was nice. They skimp out and give you very small nigiri pieces. Just get the rolls to get your money worth.

I had john as my server and he took our order, then for the first 45 minutes we were waiting on 2 appetizers before we finally place our main order, then we spent the another hour waiting. While we were waiting we saw other customers take their seats and receive they’re food when we were waiting with a plate they didnt bother to pick up.

My wife and I just dined at Ebisu for the first time, and we are huge sushi fans and we are known to spend big dollars on that type of cuisine so we had high expectations. I am happy to report they were met, and surpassed. We got the Chefs Special Sushi Boat and it was phenomenal. All of the Nigiri and Sashimi was fresh, with all the right kinds of fat and delectable umami. We ordered got the Rocky Mountain and the Baked Dynamyte rolls as our choices with the chefs choice on the Nigiri and Sashimi. All of which was sublime. Our server was attentive and pleasant, refilled drinks without being asked, and definitely helped improve our dining experience. We intend to go back to Ebisu very soon, to trust the chef once again and try two more specialty rolls.

Exceptional service and food quality. I tried this spring roll filled with loads of raw fish, avocado and lettuce. It was refreshing and delicious with the sweet savory sauce.
The grilled fish salad is a staple every time I come here, the sauce is savoy and the fish tastes amazing.

First and last time we ordered from them. Food was missing ingredients and either lack flavor or we got the wrong broth. The portions and ingredients didn't match what we were given. 2 thin sliced mediocre pieces of pork almost as thin as bacon. Nothing compared to their picture on their website. It didnt even come close to even tasting like miso or pork. The egg was the most flavored ingredient out of the entire meal, we couldn't even finish half of it before throwing it away. Will not go back and DO NOT RECOMMEND. We have had many different types of Ramen through out Austin and never not liked one. This has been by far the worse and not worth the price or time.

Great prices for happy hour! The food was good and the waiters were so nice and helpful. Will be recommending this place to friends and family!
Good food but took a really long time for 6 rolls 2 rolls each person , the fried rice came out 20 min before a portionof the rolls 2 arrived, then 2 more about 7 min later the the last 2, 12 min after that, service however is lacking, the restaurant was clean and organized. The sushi was fresh and tasted really good.
