Leslye at your 3022 West Anderson Lane store in Austin, TX is truly AMAZING!!! While looking at the menu my daughter-in-law and I had a difficult time deciding what we wanted to order. She noticed our hesitating to order, so she offered suggestions that made our decision making much easier. Eventually, we ordered The Farmhouse for my daughter-in-law and the Garden Avocado with Turkey Sausage added for me, and we both LOVED our choices. Thank you for hiring such AMAZING Employees. Everyone we encountered, including Lesley’s boss were sooo hospitable and Friendly!!!

The morning crew seems so stressed that they cannot fathom granting decent customer service. Not one person smiled however I was greeted by the cashier (which is much appreciated). The system of expediting food and drinks is discombobulated. I wouldn't come here again for my morning pick up because it was a drag

I love the food here, and the atmosphere is not bad, if you need to come in and hang out and do work you can. However; today (after paying $12 for a bagel with cream cheese) I ate my food, then needed to use the facilities. Now; because I’ve only been to this location two times prior, I was unfamiliar with the layout and asked an employee (old white lady) at the counter two questions. 1: Is there a bathroom on site? The lady just slowly shakes her head up and down looking at me like I just asked the stupidest question in the world. So I follow up with question #2: Where is it located? (Simple enough to just point me in the right direction with a smile) she very rudely scoffs and says “The only place it can be located.” And points to an area behind her that has NO clear markings of a bathroom, and quite honestly looked like an employee only area, as it was to the left of the employee counter and back towards the backside of the building.
If you hate your job, or your existence, just say that. No need to be rude to customers for no reason at all. I’m a very polite guy, and typically get along great with everyone. This person clearly has issues in her life she needs to work through. #DoBetter
