The way these people are speaking to others should not be acceptable. My wife was embarrased in front of everyone for not knowing where the take out had been moved to. Just because they where short handed and stressed out! I honestly liked going here until this! I tried reaching out to the corp.before this post and they just blew me off!

I came in and everything seemed quite normal, then all of sudden the general manager LOUDLY told a hispanic man that “maybe you should learn some english then” in such a rude manner. Even the employees looked very uncomfortable then she proceeded to give him his order and say “here take it” in a very obnoxious and racist way. This was my first time in Einstein bros and it was just completely unacceptable I will never be back.

Hi! I am writing this review because this morning my family and I went to get bagels and when we walked in and everything seemed okay until we heard the general manager loudly say to a hispanic man “maybe you should learn some english if you wanna do work around here.” He looked so offended (as anyone would) and hurt. This is no way to talk to customers especially because that wasn’t the only thing she said. She had attitude to many of the other customers and the other employees looked scared and intimidated by her.

The old 50-60 year old lady that was working March 31st at 1 PM is very rude and sarcastic. could’ve just given me my order but made me go behind the counter and grab it which also seems like a food safety issue. Yall should probably hire people who can interact w customers normally

Bagel was tough to eat, was clearly on it's last day or beyond that. Ordered it toasted and it wasn't, which probably would have helped. Iced coffee was rough, it tasted burnt. Starbucks unfortunately is better quality and cheaper. Don't wast your time
Good bagels, great location (easy to get in and out of, plenty of parking), and very nice, attentive staff. Minus points for no customer bathrooms.

When you're craving bagels and cream cheese, this place will hit the spot. The selection is good, but they've gotten rid of several popular items that they used to have. Also, if you're not the only one in the store, be prepared to wait. Another location closed so this location had to take over the catering orders and now they are always backed up. Getting an espresso drink here also adds to the wait. The last 2 times I ordered a drink other than drip coffee, I had to remind the staff to please make my drink because mine (and others) were piling up and no one was making them.One big positive of this place is the management though. They always make time to say hi to me and my kids. It's a small gesture, but it keeps me coming back despite the issues.

Okay yes I know that this place is a chain, but I still give them credit for making really good bagel sandwiches. My favorite thing to eat here is the garden avocado egg bagel sandwich. I like that they don't overstuff their sandwiches because when that happens everything falls out and it's annoying. I have also had the blueberry bagel toasted with honey and peanut butter which is really good. It's nice that they have other options here besides bagels but honestly if you are going to go here, just do the bagel sandwich because it is the best thing they have!

Anova Lox is not a sandwiche, this location needs to be shown how to make food decently,not sloppy. I actually debated about complaining and when I asked for the manager...The response, "I got you!"..WTH ? I have no clue what that meant and his listening skills were unavailable...I guess i just have to while in Texas stick to the one location who knows how to make it!!!
